Okay, I got tired of waiting for Memnarch to start a new one, so I'm starting it.
The Arms Race! How to Play? Simple. First, sign-ups occur. (8-15 people...?)
No, seriously. How does this game work? Okay, okay. Each turn, a player chooses one of the following actions (please notify the game-administrator of your choice by PM):
1 - Load a round into your gun. 2 - Fire your weapon at [Player]. (You cannot use this option unless you have at least one round in your gun. You cannot fire your weapon at yourself.) 3 - Guard. (You may only guard a maximum of three times in a row.) 4 - Civilian. (You have a total of two civilians to use. Once used, they disappear.) 5 - Fire your Machine Gun at [Player]. (You cannot use this option unless you have at least six rounds in your gun. You cannot fire your weapon at yourself.)
Each player starts with a gun, a supply of bullets to load with, two civilians, and an Innocent Blood counter of 0.
If you load a round into your gun (1), your bullets loaded total goes up by 1.
If you fire your gun at a player (2), one of four things happen: I: The player you fired at loaded a round this turn. He dies. II: The player you fired at fired his gun at a person. Both he and the player he shoots at dies. III: The player guards. He survives this turn. IV: The player uses a civilian. Your Innocent Blood counter goes up by 1.
If you guard for the turn (3), you will survive (even if more than one person fires on you). (Please read further, as there is one exception.)
If you use a civilian (4) and someone fires on you, the civilian is hit and their Innocent Blood counter increases by 1. Players with 2 or more on their Innocent Blood counters automatically are arrested and lose the game. (Civilian supply does not regenerate. Once you use it, that civilian is gone for the duration of the game.)
If you have six or more total bullets loaded into your weapon, you may choose the Automatic Machine Gun (5). This weapon will kill a player who is loading a round or guarding (the exception, as you can see). If the Machine Gun is fired on a normal gun-wielder, the Machine Gun kills the target before he can fire. If the Machine Gun is fired on a Machine Gun-wielder, the target's weapon fire still makes it to their target. (If player A fires on player B with his Machine Gun and player B fires on player C with his Machine Gun, B and C die.) If your Machine Gun kills a civilian, your Innocent Blood counter is automatically set to 2 and you lose the game. (The player with the civilian survives the volley of fire.)
Example: Turn 1: Player A, B, C load. Turn 2: Player A guards. (1 round, 2 civilians) Player B loads. (2 rounds, 2 civilians) Player C shoots player B. (0 rounds, 2 civilians) Player B dies. Turn 3: Player A shoots player C. (0 rounds, 2 civilians) Player C guards. (0 rounds, 2 civilians) Turn 4: Player A, C load. (1 round each) Turn 5: Player A shoots player C. (0 rounds, 2 civilians) Player C uses Civilian. (1 round, 2 civilians) Player A's Innocent Blood counter is 1. Turn 6: Player A loads. (1 round, 2 civilians) Player C shoots player A. (0 rounds, 2 civilians) Player A dies. Player C wins.
If all players submit their moves earlier than the round's end, I'll start the next one.
Other Rules: - I'm the game-moderator. Forward all PMs relevant to this game to me. - I'll post the start time of each round. Remember, PM me a move that you will do that is legal. If you opt to do an illegal move, you have until the end of that round to fix your error. Otherwise, you will do nothing for that round. - I'll update the first or this post with everyone's status: Total Rounds Loaded, Total Guards Used in a Row, Total Civilians Left, Innocent Blood Counter. - Varied lengths of rounds. Please try to remain active. If you do not respond within a period, you will do nothing.
Multiplayer Clarifications: - If two players fire at the same person, that person dies unless they use a Guard this turn. If they use a Civilian, both players who fired get +1 IB. - If you fire on a player, and that player fires on someone else, those two die, and the original player lives. - Yes, you can shoot a player, they can shoot back, and you'll both die that round. - Remember, the Machine Gun has quasi-first strike (beats out normal handgun). - You may change your move before the round's time period ends or before everyone sends their move by sending a PM to the game moderator to retract and replace your move.
Note: varied length of rounds means that rounds end whenever I feel like ending them. but have no fear, they will not be shorter than 20 hours long.

I love Joboman, Poggy, Niv, and Vezok, because, while they may not be the best players, they still try to win. Having fun is the most important thing to a game, but I've learned that if you don't try to win, then you're ruining everyone else's fun.
Loran and Wesso stay at the base camp, loran actually hiding, wesso just standing there. Six of the nine go towards the ammo box. Yuan ti reaches first, loads, and then runs from a sound from the bushes as Someone, no one knows who, and theeguy come to it together under truce. They then leave to go back to camp, and Yuan Ti follows. Memnarch, Nai, and Void Nothing all also come under the flag of truce, and then BANG!!! Void Nothing looks down at his chest and sees that he is bleeding uncontrollably. Id Ego slinks back into the bushes, whistling a certain Bon Jovi song.

Three of the survivors of the first round of violence do nothing but sit around a campfire eating corndogs, while an unknown some one and Id_Ego, the first killer hide in the bushes. Memnarch, Theeguy, and Yuan Ti all sneak off to load during different parts of the night. ROUND THREE ENDS 10:00 P.M. AUGUST TWENTIETH. FROM NOW ON, IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A MOVE, I SHALL EMPLOY RANDOM.COM TO MAKE A MOVE FOR YOU.
Memnarch's got a paranoia, looking over his back, and it's a good thing too! Because YuanTi tried to shoot him, and misses! Nai was also hiding, but no one went looking for her. Theeguy, Id_ego, loran, and that ever-mystery somebody all loded up. and a clown managed to escape from wesso. no biggie.

Well, the mysterious some one had a very bad day today. two people went to load. Three people went on the prowl. All three fired. All three's bullets found the same victim. Talk about overkill. By the way, his last words were: "My only... regret... is not... using a civilian... this round... goddamnit..."

six of the seven leave the camp for the ammo box, with Id_Ego staying behind. The first four-memnarch, nai, yuanti, and theeguy- load and leave without any trouble. Then loran apporaches, and as he loads his gun, it begins to transform into a magical weapon... the machine gun. However, he doesn't live to see the transformation completed. about two thirds of the way through, a bullet magically appears in loran's head. And then, wesso slinks off, antoher kill under his belt.
HAHA, Loran, you're dead. the rest of you have until tommorow at ten.
