Rules:
0. Overview
One Card Blind Backbuild (1CBB) is a Magic tournament, run entirely within this forum. To compete, players submit one-card decks which are played against each other by the moderator. Scoring assumes optimal play, without randomness or concealed information.
1. Game Rules
1.1. Except for the changes described in these rules, games follow the Magic: The Gathering Comprehensive Rules.
1.2. Players' decks contain exactly one card, which begin the game in hand. Players do not mulligan or sideboard.
1.3. Players' libraries begin the game empty. A player does not lose the game as a result of being unable to draw a card.
1.4. A random effect produces the result that least benefits the owner of the source of the effect.
1.5 Whenever a player could play a Land card, that player may put a Basic Land card from outside the game onto the battlefield. (Basic Snow Lands are Basic.)
2. Tournament Rules
2.1. Players submit their decks to the 1CB moderator (error1).
2.1a. The moderator informs players of mistakes in a timely manner.
2.1b. A player may submit multiple decks, but only the most recent as of the deadline is counted.
2.1c. If a player's final deck is illegal, their most recent legal deck is used. If no legal deck has been submitted, they do not participate.
2.1d. All legal decks must win 6-0 versus the test deck.
2.2. For each match players exchange decks.
2.3. A deck may include any number of any card legal in Vintage (Type 1).
2.4. Each player plays one match, consisting of two games, against each other player. Each player is the starting player once per match. Results assume optimal play and perfect information.
2.4a. If no player can win, the game is a draw.
2.4b. A player that can't win or draw plays to extend the game.
2.5. Points determine tournament standings. Players are ranked, first to last, in order of decreasing number of points.
2.5a. For each match, a player earns 3 points per game win and 1 point per drawn game. Matches in which each player wins one game and loses one game are worth only 2 points per player, rather than 3.
2.5b. A table of match results is posted each round. Its rows represent players and its columns represent opponents. Match results reflect the combined result of both games played in a match. A player's total points are listed at the end of his or her row.

A2: Play Arcbound Ravager (1/1)
P3: Play Propagator (2/2)
A3: Wait
P4: Wait, at eot, Arcbound makes 2nd Arcbound (2/2)
A4: Attack with the 2/2. (P18) At eot, Propagator Propagates a (3/3).
If the Propagator player makes a (3/3) and blocks, then the Arcbound player makes a (3/3) and sacs the 1/1 into the 2/2 (making it 4/4). Then the Propagator player could sac his 2/2 to make his last guy a 5/5. But the Arcbound player could then sac his 3/3 as well to get an 8/8. So no blocks.
P5: Only have enough mana to Propagate once, so only need to keep 1 guy back for that. Attack with the 3/3. (A17). At eot, Arcbound makes a 3rd Arcbound (3/3).
The Propagator could make a (4+3+2 = 9/9). The Arcbound player can only make a (3+3+2) = 8/8, so don't block.
A5: Attack with the 2/2 and 3/3. (P13) At eot, Propagator makes a (4/4).
Arcbound has (4+4+3+2 = 13/13), Propagator has a potential 9/9, so no blocks.
P6: Now has enough for 2 guys, but it's too little, too late! Do nothing. At eot, Arcbound makes a 4th Arcbound (4/4).
If the Propagator player attacks, he could make 2 more 4/4s. If he sacrificed everything to one guy, he would have a (4+4+4+3+2) = 17. So if he attacks, the Myr player needs to block with the 1/1, Propagate a 4/4 and then sac into the 4/4 to turn it into a 6/6.
At the start of the Arcbound player's 6th turn the board is either:
Arcbound player: 4/4, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1
Propagator player: 4/4, 3/3, 2/2 (+ 6 untapped mana)
OR
Arcbound player: 6/6, 3/3, 2/2
Propagator player: 4/4 (tapped), 3/3 (tapped), 2/2 (tapped), 4/4, 4/4
A6: Arcbound player has more untapped bodies than the Propagator player, and the Propagator player can't get more bodies (Propagating taps down the guy). So attack with all everyone, and sac everybody into whoever isn't blocked. That gives you a 13/13 (10 modular counters, +3 counters for saccing 3 guys) and wins.
So, Arcbound Ravager beats Myr Propagator and wins the week!
I haven't looked at all your math but the original start already looks flawed.
A2: Play Arcbound Ravager (1/1)
P3: Play Propagator (2/2)
A3: Wait
P4: Wait, at eot, Arcbound makes 2nd Arcbound (2/2)
this would be a 3/3 (3 Modular 1 creatures)
A4: Attack with the 2/2. (P18) At eot, Propagator Propagates a (3/3).
3/3 now, if it attacks the Propagator can make a 5/5, and eat the 2/2 going to a 6/6.
the 3/3 can eat the 1/1 and become a 5/5.
Unless I missed something here. But I know the Ravager players 1st clone is a 3/3 not 2/2.
Ahh yeah on the edit I missed making a 5/5 which would allow the attack to be forced through.
so he wouldnt do that and just deal 3, then Propogator makes a 5/5.
Propogator on his turn then can attack with the 5/5, not going to work on the math from here though. But I can see this match be really messy to show all possible paths end in a win.

No it's only a 2/2. Only the Arcbound Ravagers have the text "Each Sliver has modular 1 (It enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter, when it's put into the graveyard, you may put it's +1/+1 counters on target artifact creature.)"
The Propagators benefit from this bonus, but they don't provide it. The Propagators are the ones providing "Each sliver has '3, Tap: Put a copy of this creature into play'".
I just thought about this, so I might as well post. The Myr Propagator player doesn't have to play the Propagator on turn 3; he could decide to wait. In this case, the Arcbound player actually DOESN'T attack for a while. Once both players have effectively infinite mana, he starts attacking. At that point, both players have enough mana to double their armies every turn, but the Arcbound player gets to start first. The Propagator player never has more untapped guys than the Arcbound player, and the Arcbound player always has the lead on his turn, so once he gets to 20 power's worth, he just presses through and wins.
I think it makes sense for the Propagator to block, and then sacrifice the blocking creature if blocking forces the Arcbound player to sacrifice a creature. It comes out the same tho, so I guess I'm convinced

Silly Sliver Week screwed with my head too much.
