Next week will be the 10th ever 3CBX, and it will be when I shall announce the top players.
Next week is normal week. Decklists are due, as usual, on friday. But on Saturday, I will accept late decks since that is when I will be posting the results.
Flashback doesn't work with *any* other "alternative" costs. The actual card Dream Halls doesn't use the "in hand" text, but you still can't use it with flashback because flashback itself is an alternative cost, and you can't combine two alternatives (the key is "rather" than pay its mana cost). Things can add on with "additional" costs, but you can't use Fist of Suns with flashback, for instance, because they're both alternative costs.
That said, special rounds don't always follow game rules, and I don't believe disallowing it will change the outcome except to drop him out of first to tie at second. And if it counts for anything, I have no problem sharing the win with him.
Only because tom sloger read the rules that I posted on the top of this page, and it was my fault that I changed the rules from the original thread, I will allow him to keep the win. Otherwise it would be unfair against him.
Next time we do Dream Halls week, I will make sure to decide whether to allow flashback to work or not.
Sigh. I choose to play a counterspell the time everyone plays reccuring beats, and I play combo after nobody plays counterspells the first week but me.
I don't know if nom is town or scum. But I'd like to point out this type of behavior is his standard modus operandi.
Court Mafia: Day 1, hatch plan to KILL EVERYONE ELSE IN A SINGLE NIGHT, when the plan only allows him to hit 11 random players, ATTEMPTS TO FIRE ANYHOW (Roleblocked).
In other words....Nom is an impulsive player who doesn't think about planning long-term or listening to others. I wouldn't be surprised if he was town. At all.

Progenitus / Fervent Denial / Guile X: Progenitus
Fervent Denial was a brilliant card to utilize.
2. Error1
Sway of the Stars / Gaea's Revenge / Mystic Snake X: Progenitus
Gaea's Revenge won you some games due to its uncounterability.
3. Hinotama
Leyline of Anticipation / Grand Arbiter Augustin IV / Draining Whelk X: Leyline of Anticipation
Turn 0 Arbiter simply wasn't good with all the counterspells running around.
4. Nom Anor
Dryad Arbor / Biorhythm / Voidslime X: Leyline of Anticipation
Is there a reason you opted to use Voidslime over Mystic Snake?
5. Feyd Ruin
Angel of Salvation / Dromar's Charm / Serra Avatar X: Leyline of Anticipation
Dromar's Charm allowed to to win against matches you would normally draw against.
6. Tilde
Celestial Dawn / Emrakul, the Aeons Torn / Purity X: Mystic Snake
Too slow to really do anything.
0 1 2 3 4 5 6
1 X 0 6 6 6 6 = 24
2 6 X 6 6 0 0 = 18
3 0 0 X 0 0 6 = 6
4 0 0 6 X 0 6 = 12
5 0 6 6 6 X 6 = 24
6 0 6 0 0 0 X = 6
tomsloger and feyd ruin win!

i thought so too. woohoo.
think Feyd Ruin is the only time he needs to use it twice anyway
first turn wins are no good if I don't manage to 3-3 anyone.
luckily, that wasnt the rules.
it was, I copied it from http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=263584
the only place it says otherwise is the post at the top of this page he made after the deadline
