I don't really care which blocks we play. I guess I'll vote:
1. Ravnica
2. Timespiral
Because those blocks were when I was on a Magic break, and I never really played any limited format with them.
About the number of packs, I'll vote for 3 packs, 1 deck.
2 packs, for 1 deck. Since color balance is not an issue due to pick your own land drops, there is no reason to need a 3rd pack, as you will have plenty of playables. Having 2 packs also means that the decks are reasonably powered, and offer fair chances of winning to both sides.
Wow, that is an astonishingly bad pool! I mulligan.
Having pondered matters, I'm going to vote for two packs, one deck. Primarily because slower games are generally more interesting and three packs might lead to quite fast decks.

Also. Should it be RAV/RAV, RAV/GLP, or some other mix?
Definitely not Rav/Rav because the colours are too imbalanced. (The four Guilds go R/W, W/G, G/B, B/U which means that in Sealed almost every deck ends up playing Green.)

I'd vote RAV/GP for game 1, RAV/DIS for game 2, and GP/DIS for game 3.
Colour imbalance shouldn't really matter here as most decks I'd guess run 4-5 colours. I also agree to maybe change the Hellbent mechanic to be lets say 7 less than your original starting hand.
I like the hellbent suggestion, but I think 5 cards or less is better - 7 cards get played in nearly every game, so that's not a detterent (spelling nazis, fix me!) at all.
So far we have 3 votes for RAV/GLP - RAV/DIS - GLP/DIS.
Oh, no. I don't like typing lots of words. I gotta take breaks when it's just unrelated words - I could write an article or essay in a couple goes, but a list is not as fun.
Dogod is also in the same pod as Mogg. Entertaining, don't you think?
If you are still using MWS you could save the pools as .dec and just send us the file. Alternatively, you can export the deck to a format that allows you to just select the names (XLS seems pretty good) and copy-paste from there.
1. Ravnica
2. Timespiral

Timespiral FTW.
Vote choice A
1) Ravnica
2) Timespiral
and three packs, 1 deck.

High Number Death Game
20 Questions (with Magic Cards)
and as a total noob at this, i'd vote for option a, 2 packs 1 deck
edit: actually, if it ends up Ravnica, i'd like 3 packs 1 deck, otherwise 2 packs 1 deck. the guild structure being spread out and all.
Was:
1. Time Spiral
2. Ravnica
Change to:
1. Ravnica
2. Time Spiral
Also, I vote two packs, one deck.
BWTeysa, Orzhov Scion
GWRhys the Redeemed
GUKruphix, God of Horizons
GRXenagos, God of Revels
GThrun, the Last Troll
GStompy
Second choice Shadowmoor.
1 Deck only. I vote 3 packs if they are a full block (RGD). Otherwise, 2 is ok.

First order of business, thank you MMQ!
I'll set up the games and send the packs soon. Not today though. I'm tired.

I second this.

Anyway, it'll be fun playing with Ravnica, since I never got the chance when it was out.
So far we have 3 votes for RAV/GLP - RAV/DIS - GLP/DIS.

VOTE THEY ASS.

I'll post the rounds and send the pools tommorow, assuming I can tear myself away from Persona 4 for long enough to do that.
EDIT: Pod 1 is up. I'll put Pod 2 up later - I just typed up 240 card names, gah.
