Vote for the poem(s) you feel is the best (up to two). Remember to adhere to the "Honor Code" when voting.
While it is understood there is no absolute means to monitor the intent of a vote, we ask each PRC participant to exercise integrity when voting out of respect for the contest:
- Please give each poetry submission an equal opportunity in attaining your vote.
- Please read, or at least skim, all the entries before voting.
- Please do not vote for your friends just because they're your friends.
The Poetry Running Contest puts good faith in its participants to act in an honorable manner.
Contestants, remember, you are required required to vote (and you can't vote for yourself)!
Happy voting!

This week I voted for these two poems: "Walking Together" and "Nashville".
Walking Together is my first pick, I like the way it looks on the page and the imagery is pretty sweet too. I like the way some of the lines are kind of layered on each other: "horizon light" over "earth", "moon" over "ocean water", "ocean" over "stones". Not sure if that makes any sense but it makes me happy regardless.
Nashville is my second pick. I liked a lot of the wording on this one. And I like the "running through the night" idea. good stuffs.
As an honorable mention I kind of liked "The Act". I feel it could have gone on longer though, maybe give it a definite finish?

Walking together had such wonderful imagery, had to vote for it. Stifle's very gradually won me over by it's sheer refusal to win me over. I know it was preaching to the choir, but I think every poet enjoys poems about poetry.
Here are the Poetry submissions for this week:
Luxury by Stifle
The Act by Rush_Classic
Courageous Social Awkwardness by Lucknorris
**** by Preve
3-1-1 by Blippytheslug
Walking Together by Ilvaldi
Nashville by Zelderex
All or Nothing by Crusible
