Had it been three days? wondered Eska. He had wondered this since two days beforehand, although the number had changed each day. Why he wondered this, he believed he would never know. Eska's mind was not the kind to explain why he wondered things. He wondered for about thirty more seconds, then decided to do something more productive and wondered when dinner would be ready.
His thoughts were cut short when Kazana's voice came from the kitchen, calling him to lunch. Eska's stomach-clock was off by slightly over five hours and twelve minutes. He almost regretted not setting his watch before swallowing it, a feat that he remembered doing a mere three days ago.
Hey, that's pretty cool LSK. I enjoy reading a piece where all the things I want to know aren't handed to me on a silver platter, so to speak. There's either alot or absolutely nothing going on underneath the surface there and I have a certain appreciation for that sort of thing. Good job!

It all became clear.
