I agree with Rivenor, I would lose or subdue the text. One thing I try and hammer into evey gfx'r is that text hates edges. Either keep it away from the edge, or have it spill over, rarely will having the text kiss the edge be a good thing.
EDIT: I found a tutorial I created like 5 years ago that talks about edge text. Stage 3 of the lighting bit is pretty terrible but yeah...5 years ago, give me a break :P:
Look at you jamming away. Your newfound zeal for developing photoshop technique is inspiring, argetlam! Don't ever stop, or as we say - KIU!! (keep it up)

Here's one I did with Hand of Honor (kinda quickly) but forced myself not to write anything on it.
Not putting text on the sig does let the eye focus more on your render instead.
It has a really nice hand painted feel and proves that you dont need to over blend a render to make a sig look nice.
PS: your sun rays are look better (you can always try to experiment with the actual lighting tool in Photoshop, it can have some pretty nice results.
You cannot outrun the beast within.
Thanks, I like the more subtle feeling as well. I did actually use a light-ray brush to apply the sunburst in the background.
Made another one:
