I saw this character in Sioux's signature for the first time, and was surprised I've never seen the card art before. I had to give it a go. Please let me know what you think.

Also, if anyone would like to use this signature let me know, first come, first served. The rizlawerks. footer would still need to be displayed, etc.
Is this supposed to be 450x150? Forum software shrinks it to 100px tall unless you use outside hosting.
Edit: Nevermind; I see it's 300x125. Any particular reason? The text is just barely readable to me. It looks like it's been scaled down too much. Other than that, it's solid, though. Whatever orange-red brush you used looks really nice.
It's 300x125 because I like those dimensions. I intended for the text to be more of a stylization and less readable...but perhaps it could get bumped up a hair.
As far as the effect process goes it went something like this:
Gradient map Red to Orange, then apply image.
Mask applied image within a new layer.
Splattered brush new layer revealing applied image.
New layer (under effect splatter), select all of splattered layer, fill black, gaussian blur, erase where necessary.(pseudo drop shadow)
Repeat with green to yellow
repeat with tan to black
I used photos of hair made black and white and inverted as layer masks to create the effect flow.
...it kicks the ass of mine three times over I'll tell you that.
I am really liking the masks and applied image work. Very nice.
I think I should change mine...there isn't room enough on this forum for two Mayael Signatures and yours is artistically creative explosion...mine is just the result of some tweaking off from a tutorial.
You guys are making me become a lot more artistic with these sigs. It used to be just stick image 1 to image 2 to image 3. Now it involves creative process. ME GUSTA.

Thank you for your input and inquiry!
The splatter brushes on her face seem like tribal paint markings which are a bit yes by me.
The orange text is the only thing that bothers me, its so tiny X_X (had to zoom x4 to read it)
I would consider cutting it or changing the size just a bit.
You layered the color splatters expertly though and using hair for the flow lines is a great idea!
Kudos once again.
You cannot outrun the beast within.

I approve of this idea.
But yes, tutorial it up, good sir.
