It would be awesome if there could be text in the top left that reads "There shall be a vast shout...", and that continues in the bottom right, "... and then a vaster silence."
I have absolutely no idea what resolutions are what in terms of size. I did some googling around to see what common signature resolution sizes are. Is 150 x 450 a reasonable suggestion? I'm sure you know what's best, and apologize for my incompetence :embarrass:.
Don't worry, you are fine. you simply got the numbers backwards is all.
450x150 sounds appropriate to me especially for the cards provided.
sH0opdAwoOp, you have been added to the work queue. You shall be seeing some progress if not a finished project from me this coming weekend.
Edit: Well, due to some unforeseen homework, Kueson, you'll be getting yours sometime on Thursday.
I'd love to have one with Barrin, Master Wizard and Rayne, Academy Chancellor. And either Tolaria West or Academy at Tolaria West incorporated somehow like a background for them.
If it fits the flavor text from Obliterate would be cool:
"For his family, Barrin made a funeral pyre of Tolaria."
Size and what not don't matter, whatever you need to do. Your work is amazing.
Sure.
Though, given the fact that my instructors just doubled up my work load due to the approach of Spring Break and the fact I am working on two other signatures at the moment I literally won't be able to even start your signature until this coming weekend at the earliest.
Though, if you don't mind the wait I am totally up for making you this signature. It'll be the first time I get to use some of the Planechase art work. It looks nifty plus I really think I'll need the time to plan this signature out. None of it really goes together composition wise at all so it'll be probably my first try at a creatively abstract signature.

I have finally finished it. I am sorry for the wait. My school work load and the general business of life have been kicking my ass something fierce lately.
I decided to use these two and some of the elements from Ghoultree. I really wanted to play up the effects and depth given the elements within the two pieces of art and I think I accomplished it well enough. I must apologize again. I couldn't pull off the tear away effect. It just eludes me on how to make it work without letting the edges get too pixelated. I'll figure it out eventually. This has been worked on little by little for the last few weeks so if you don't find it satisfactory I'll understand and re-work something you don't like.
As per the rules please place this below it in your signature, please. Sig.siouxwerks.
I had a vision in mind the moment I saw Razia's Purification and the Spirit Mantle. Along the way a couple happy accidents even occurred here that I really don't know if I could emulate again if I had to. I made a decent cut of Uril however some edges were out of wack so I had to fine tune some coloring mid-project. Thanks to some tricks True_rizla taught me it was actually a simple matter of using a new layer, a brush, some blending options and one clipping mask.
Anyways, I could drone on forever. I like it and I hope you do too. If for any reason you find unsatisfactory I will rework it.
As per the rules of the shop please put this underneathe it in your signature. Sig.siouxwerks.
Edit:
EronTheRelentless, I am gathering and planning for your signature. I'll post up progress later today.

EronTheRelentless, I cut out both Barrin and Rayne this evening and am in the process of starting this signature now.
A school day tomorrow eats most of a day of time and I am teaching some young uns Martial Arts on Thursday however most of Friday and a lot of time Saturday I shall be destroying this Signature. I would expect something this weekend is what I am trying to say.
I am absolutely loving my Uril sig. At first, it wasn't exactly what I had pictured in my own mind (I saw the actual human pictured in Spirit Mantle and a more zoomed-out view of Razia's Purification being present), but I decided to sit on it for a while and see how I felt, and I have been coming to love it more every time I look at it I'm super pleased!
I was wondering if you'd be willing to try out a sig. for Jenara, Asura of War that incorporates elements from Reveillark and Glen Elendra Archmage, as I think those are two of the most beautiful cards in my Jenara deck, and cards that capture a lot of the theme of what the deck is trying to do. You are, of course, completely free to refuse, as you just did one for me. I don't want to be greedy! But, I'd love to have a sig. for each of the decks that I play, and both of these are going to be around for good

I'd be up to it. Next week I'll have some time. I am working on Eronthe Relentless's Signature at the moment and I have some of the Contests on the back burner as well. Not to mention those cards you are asking for look sort of complex so the cutting/initial processes for preparing them will take a little bit of time this weekend and or the beginning of next week.
Hi Sioux, work here looks really nice. Did you get the star brush you used on metamorph from Deviantart?
I didn't use a star brush. I took a couple fractal renders of lights and angled them differently and re-sized them in Photoshop and cloned them accordingly. I adjusted the blending layers over them so they glowed in different intensities and I made sure their individual placements made them seem as a part of the atmosphere of the scene the Metamorph is in. At least that was my aim. I don't know if it works for everyone per say.

There's no rush at all, especially considering I have something awesome to look at every time I post, already
My only concern is that Jenara doesn't look as well-pixelated or well-defined or whatever as the other two pieces, but I'm sure you know what you're dealing with far better than me
As per the shop rules place this below the signature if you would, please: Sig.siouxwerks.
Due to the nature of all the pieces involved I had to go abstract on it due to the fact they all really didn't go together. The lighting on the characters are vastly different and Academies are lightly lit with lots of dark spots in their pieces but even they differ in color, lighting, and orientation in their compositions.
My idea for this was basically, show Tolaria Academy as it is in the Time Spiral Event. With Mana storms flashing about and hiccups in time showing Barrin and Rayne for but a moment. I don't know if I captured the idea well enough but I am satisfied with it as it is. If you don't find it satisfactory I'll start over with something new. This was really just an idea I had to put down in Photoshop and ran with.

Thank you for the compliments and you're welcome. I liked doing this one. It allowed for some experimentation on my part with clipping masks which I don't do enough of actually. Barrin came out a lot more vibrant than I thought he would which is a good thing.
Alright and with that I believe I am up to date with current work so if anyone out there wants a signature my shop is open.
There is a loophole for that rule provided by the site owner explained here.
Essentially, just take the image you want to have in your signature, host it yourself or use the link from my account and place [*sigpicurl]The Image[*/sigpicurl].
It handles most signature sizes for your signature space. I think there is a limit but I am not sure myself. Just use that instead of [img].
Alright folks, As of tomorrow I will literally have free time on my hands until April 2nd so if there is anyone out there that needs a signature they need only ask.
Until that time I'll periodically poke in for the next couple days to check for requests but also to start a weekly event that will only continue to help me practice signature making but also increase my existing skills in Photoshop.
I am starting essentially a free signature day in my shop. Its something I have been thinking about doing but have kept shooting down the idea due to doubts I have had about my skills but I figured why not? It can only help me even if some of the outcomes are trash. Art is a process and making good work always involves lots of bad ideas on paper so to speak.
They will either be signatures that capture an inspired idea I have, signatures that are the outcomes of tutorials I run into and play around with enough to make them mine(So I am not just stealing someone else's creative process outright), or even simple Photoshop exercises I embellish into a signature. I'll be storing them on the first page of the shop below my portfolio.
If people want a particular free signature they can have them but all I ask is that they place Sig.siouxwerks. below it in their signature. If they want the free signature but want some things added or taken from it then we can discuss it in the shop or by PM if they are so inclined.
Anyways, I figured Wednesday is a good day for this kind of thing it being the middle of the week so without further ado, here is the first free signature.
The inspiration behind this one was from a three friendly matchs I had on MTGO. A B/W Token deck ran over my poor Goblins thrice. The first game I almost won but a couple Timely Reinforcements put him/her out of range of my burns and he/she won the game.
The second time we faced off he/she had the perfect opening hand and slapped down the general Token strategy in swift sequence plus the first few draws enabled he/she to bring not one but two intangible virtues into play and in the midgame when I refused to back down to 9 damage they simply slammed down a 5/5 Demon with a Skirsdag High Priest in answer to one of my desperate burns on a 3/3 Token...stupid Morbid ability.
I requested a third game and away we went and I got a fantastic hand but one Mountain kept me from playing my Chieftains which would have sealed the deal but turn 4 and 5 came and went and I just got my small Goblins and burns. This gave him/her time to bring out Elspeth and Sorin in the mid/late game to spam tokens at me while building up with intangibles. I packed it in needless to say.
I was inspired by that deck and thus, this signature. I hope someone likes it.
Wow, every time I come to this thread there's a better sig! the Barrin one is absolutely amazing!
If you have some time I would like to require a sig for my Azusa EDH deck; here's a link to the list, feel free to choose which cards to put into the sig and how dispose them. I really like your style so I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
For the text: "Azusa, Lost but Seeking" will be good.
Thanks a lot in advance!
I would love to do a signature for you though the link you have provided to your deck list is not working.

Alright. You have now been added to the work queue. I'll start probably sometime Sunday and you'll no doubt see some results later next week.
