Could I get a simple avatar of the From The Vault: Exiled art of Balance (here), at 150x150 pixels? Thankee.

I would like a banner like this:
600x100 (or 500x100 if there is much blank space at the sides)
It must say in big letters similar to the ones in my avatar "BLACK & BLUE" (without quotes), like in the avvy, the word "BLACK" painted in black, and the "BLUE", in blue, with the "&" in a gradient from black to blue.
Also in a smaller, maybe more "normal" font, and near the bottom right the word "RELOADED", probably in black or maybe in the same gradient of the "&".
About the background, I'm not sure, maybe a light blue or something that looks good (I'd like to use only (or mostly) black and blue colors on it)
I've attached in the other post a sample that's more or less how it should look. (without the colors and all the cool stuff). Here it is
The letters could be bigger, and maybe the "BLUE" and "RELOADED" can overlap a bit
Oh and it'd be good if you can stick the date 25/04/2009 somewhere around.

I'd like the art of: Captain of the Watch, Palace Guard, Rhox Pikemaster, and the Shard of Alara Soldier token art. Order is up to you. I'd like it if you could include all four soldiers in the art for CotW, you can cut Palace Guard if you need the room. Also If you could extend CotW's backround to the whole banner, that would be awesome.
I'd like the text to say "Don't Call It A Comeback..." (sans the quotation marks), anywhere that looks good to you.
