Would it be possible for you to send me a link to the illustration jpg's you use for all the tokens in T2? (Ravnica, Guildpact, Dissension, 9th Edition, Coldsnap, Time Spiral, Planar Chaos, Future Sight) I'm making a set of tokens for use in MWS with the same sizes and everything as the HQ scans and am a bit of a perfectionist, so I thought I'd ask for the highest quality art available. Here's an example of the size/quality of jpg I'm producing:As you can see, one of the biggest things is I'm taking off the rounded corners. The images I'm making are also a little bigger than yours, so they're (I believe) double the size of the detail image in MWS.

I thought this merited actually doubling up on my post, especially because my last one is pretty old by now.

Anyway, I was putzing with the Token psd today and I realized it wasn't doing what I wanted it to do, so I made a new one. I used FKiH's backgrounds and then rendered my own wireframes, so they're nice and smooth. Some of the colors might be a tad off, though...idk. I made three different types of tokens possible: The big box that WotC uses (e.g. Marit Lage Token), the textless frame that WotC uses (e.g. Myr token), and then the one-line text dealie that everyone loves so much around here (e.g. just about everything that gets rendered around here that isn't textless). Here are some exapmples and a download link if you're interested.

Perhaps FPM you can add a colorless token frame from FkiH's backdrop. Other than that, kudos.

Haha I actually did. It's just not in one of the three folders...there are both Artifact and Colorless frames. in the PSD.

Nope. Not in this psd. Perhaps FPM can do something.

is the NewBaskervilleITCbyBT Bold font licensed? then what are good alternatives? (unless someone can share..)

My thoughts exactly. I didn't know what you'd possibly want a P/T-less token for, so I just embedded the box into each frame. If you really do want P/T-less tokens let me know and I'll look into removing the boxes (I'm kinda paranoid and save everything...twice lol) for you next time I have some free minutes to devote to it.

I thought about it. We do have token Enchantments now..so perhaps we could use em.

I've always been real hardcore about tokens having removable p/t boxes because although all token generators made by WotC (except Imperial Mask) make creature tokens, the rules specifically allow non-creature tokens. Land, enchantments, artifact; they can all be tokens.

So when I made my first run at a post 8th token frame for MSE, I used the token frames from MODO because they have removable p/t. Too bad WotC doesn't give a crap about graphics when it comes to MODO, so the frames I took from it sucked.

So, yeah, I'm all for token frames without p/t boxes. Gotta love the versatility.

I posted a zip file with the textless tokens both with & without PT boxes on the MSE Custom Script forums (files are split up for use in MSE), but as I said in my post there (here), I probably won't be able to do the multi-line textbox tokens (my Photoshop-fu is weak), so at least those with removable textboxes would be helpful.

First, I wanted to thank you guys a lot for this topic. I was looking to print myself some tokens cards and I found that page! WOW! Every single tokens or almost with even better pics. Being a graphic designer myself, I have to say I'm very impress by some of your works. Keep comming with new stuff and I ensure you that people will be more than happy to get your futur tokens cards.

I top of that you helped me starting my own personal token collection. (I always wanted to do something like that but I couldn't find a proper template) Now I have all what I need to work with...THANKS for the PSD file.

It seems like people like Voja's Tokens...here's my first attempt of a token creation...my version of a Voja Token, thanks to Julie Bell for the awsome art.

I will upload some (or maybe all) tokens I will be making time to time...

That was my intent when I started remaking the psd, actually. I have quite a few of the images done, but am missing a few. If you have access to any token images, let me know and I'll see if its one of the ones I'm missing.

I'm not exactly sure what tokens are all in T2 right now, but if you have a list these are the ones I already have completed for my copy of MWS:

Where did you get those bat, elephant, and spider illustrations? I don't see the bat illustration in the Wizards threads and I can't find a Lars Grant-West website anywhere...

There was an awesome Elephant token pic somewhere, I can't remember where - I liked that token design.

I don't either, because of cards like Duplicant, Dogged Hunter, Æther Snap, and Leyline of the Meek. Even if "Token" isn't a card type or supertype, it is good to have "Token" written somewhere on there because of cards that interact with tokens.
