The warning that has a square around was lifted by Xenphire a long time ago. Please clear this up! If you can't see it, it is the multiple threads in the Buy/Sell Forum. Given by Stu55
All records we have show no "removal" of stu's warning.
Of course, there was no link provided, but if Xen (Boo! I see you lurker :p) or yourself can provide a link to back up your claim, I'll happily remove said warning.
Well,
It seems odd how you all have the power to warn us, but never back up your own material. Which is insane, and not very organized. The warning was removed, I would appreciate if you would remove it. If you do not believe me then PM Xenphire and ask him. My god, the only decent admin or mod, Xenphire, left, another insane thing.
That warning was issued before we even HAD much of an organized system. You know this.
Instead of being rude and disrespecting the ENTIRETY of the rest of the staff, we'd be more appreciative if you would work with us to help you.
Oh, and for future reference, all warnings are now dealt with in our private records, through PM, AND through the User Notes. All User Notes that were posted by Qwerty (most have more than one warning and list the mod who issued it) were from our private records before we instated this system.
Excuse me for being so rude, thats not usually my nature. Its just when a cop gives someone a ticket, he files a bunch of paper work. When you warn someone you should atleast take the extra time(which is little to none) to copy and paste the link.
Again, this was long before the current system (I'd be more than glad to find the date for you).
Also, though I have no personal recollection of this event, if as Qwerty says was true and the threads were deleted, only mods of that forums, Globals, Admins, and Techs would be able to see them anyways.
You cant link to deleted threads, for you or a non global to see. And the point is your not supposed to have multiple h/w lists.
Qwerty
I did not have multiple have/want lists. I had multiple sales list. I had PMed Lance to delete it, and then put up a new thread. He then replied saying we could delete our own threads. Ironcily about 15 minutes after that I was given a warning for multiple sale threads. I then Imed Xenphire, and told him what had happened. He told me he lifted the warning. I am the main reason there are stickied threads saying you must PM a mod and ask them to delete/lock your thread. Then you can post. This rule was not said like that at the begining of this forum(I am talking about right after the move), when there were maybe 4 sales lists, and never a reason to "up" your posts.
I do delete PMs, and I deleted mainly because I was told this problem was resolved. This was told to me by Xenphire.
Then Xenphire was incorrect.
At this time, we have no record of your Warning being lifted, and until Xenphire notices this, we won't have any confirmation.

Sing lustily and with good courage.
Be aware of singing as if you were half dead,
or half asleep:
but lift your voice with strength.
Be no more afraid of your voice now,
nor more ashamed of its being heard,
than when you sang the songs of Satan.
I originally lifted this warning as Stu55 gave it to him under the old rules rather than the new rules given in this forum when he started modding it. In other words, the warning is null because the rule for which he gave it for did not exist, therefore, this warning should not exist. End of story.
EDIT - I appreciate the... "kind" sentiments Xen...
You know, honestly, we have to have some proof of these things, otherwise, if we made a habit out of it, random users could just walk up and say "Yah,. so and so said it should be removed"...

Actually, I went back and removed the line you were referring to realizing it was uncalled for. With the current state of things, I cannot say it takes much to make me mad with people around here. My apologies.

I would have dug for a link like I usually do, but your second post on this thread changed my mind.

That will be evidence enough should you provide it.
EDIT, I have found the only deleted thread of yours in that Forum: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=1678
I will undelete it shortly just until this gets sorted out.
EDIT 2 - Okay, the thread in question was un-deleted.
EDIT #3 - Senori's right here... Until we have Xenphire post or PM one of us to confirm this, there's little we can do.

Thanks!:)
Again, I apologize.
With our current system, every warning has a link.
That old warning was just a "carry-over" from the previous, somewhat disorganized system.
