For those of you who don't know, there's a troll shooting his mouth off in the block Mono Red thread. After throwing some 'legal' weight around I popped in to tell him to shut up and this is what I got.
This probably should go in humor, I apologize.

What a nonsense.
I won't comment about your statement.
I just can't argue with you because you know nothing about law and private contracts.
There are rights that no contracts can have. An example is: you CAN'T sign a contract disposing your life. That happen the same way.
About erasing my posts, that depends the content or the plot.
Now some answers:
1) This is not a law teaching, despite it should be.
2) Besides being brazilian, i never said i work in Brazil, so, don't presume things, i work in NY.
3) Yes, an american attorney can prosecute in Canada, he just need a permission.
4) I won't talk in this forum anymore
5) If you want to be prosecuted by me, do the sequence written down and wait.
a) Be sure to be older than 16 (i don't want to trouble your father because of a silly kid.)
b) Blame me in any place you want, offend some way my honor (be creative, kids always do that, if you need help, say something like ***gy, its enough.)
c) Send me your name and address, and just wait for the justice officer.
d) Wait something around 2 months, and you'll be able to tell in the forum the result of your actions.
Now brave man, hurry up, next week i'll go to Boston, i can travel to Canada at your expenses.
No more talking kid, i won't answer anything. If you want to talk to me again, do the things you promessed, so next time we get faced it'll be on court.
Just inform your dad, because i won't have compassion of him losing the car just because of the stupidity of his son, it was his obligation to create and control his child.

(Copied from the Block thread you're derailing with false legal threats.)
I think someone needs to get the gavel out of their ass. Buddy, you live in Brazil. I live in Canada. Most people on this thread live in the States. Come on up and sue my pants off for telling you to quit shooting off your mouth, I dare you. Nobody cares if you're a lawyer, nobody cares if you'll slap them with... what exactly would you sue them for? Get a court order to track my IP, show up on my doorstep, and cry about how I'm a big meanie. Do it.
The way I see it, you are violating the terms of use of this forum that you agreed to when you pressed the 'I Accept' button on the application form, and thus are subject to the punishment you perceive yourself receiving. Forget 'free speech' and all that crap, you essentially 'signed' a paper governing how you act on this forum. Someone could erase every one of your posts and you would have no legal footing to stand on.
Sorry to disrupt this thread any further, but the way it's going, it's going to be the Block TEPS thread. At least there, something actually useful was argued over. Reading FStranieri's posts, he seems to be less arguing about the deck now, and more about how his e-***** is bigger then everyone else's.
I will be copying this post in a PM to FStanieri, just to make sure he receives it. He is free to respond in a Private Message if he so wishes.
Legal threats on message boards, I really don't know where to start. Merely purporting to sue the pants off someone is utterly facetious; and more often than not (from experience, on another board), it is a kid who's under a pretence, messing with you.
With all due respect to FStranieri, judging by his (or her) posts, he (or she) does not sound as though he (or she) is a lawyer; if this supposition is false, however, well, then it's false and I err with my assumptions - either way, who exactly is he (or she) to be skipping over the subtleties when signing up with MTGS, or to assume that this is a public forum? Of all general fields available, one of such an occupation ought to know better.
Jameson/Feuerdrache has the right and authority to edit the guy's posts, and to threaten a mod is to open a can of worms. And yes, MBM, Jameson could have done so.
Cap'n Scrub, your comments seem a bit harsh. Haha, I remember you from the d.phoenixxx incident.

2900 posts and I didn't even know you could ignore users on here
Muh, it's all the same now. There's little point to ignore and buddy lists.

Nothing this guy says makes any sense to me.
Same here.:weird2:
How on earth can you sue somebody for deleting a post on a private forum?
You... can't.:weird: I just can't visualise the grounds for such a case.
Hence I mentioned Judge Judy... This would be the sort of case you see on her programme. It's ridiculous that anyone would even suggest it.
As in frivolous claims?
I have never, ever watched Judge Judy...

Still however, I do stand by my view that the comments made by Capn were harsh and kinda unnecessary as he wasn't really involved in it until then.
Ah yes, but this thing does boil down these unnecessary threats going left, right, and centre. Had FStranieri not addressed, even attempted to menace, Feuerdrache, Cap'n Scrub would have absolutely no motive to post exactly that; that said, still it was, as you said, "harsh and kinda unnecessary", not to mention that he wasn't really involved in it until then.

Well, legal action is never laughing matter, Cap'n, and this would be the correct area, I guess, to post (rather than The Humor Mill).

What a nonsense.
What bugs me is this; I don't understand it. My English ain't English English native, but I guess it has an extra indefinite article.
I never deleted any posts made by FStranieri in that particular thread, for everyone's edification. I snipped some stuff from one post because it was all beautiful flames and trolls directed at me, but I never deleted anything, especially not anything of content.
It's hard for me to remain objective in this case, so instead of handing out warnings and infractions I simply deleted off-topic posts and the aforementioned snipes, including the post Cap'n Scrub alludes to. Perhaps this was an incorrect path to take. Perhaps I should be more authoritative. However, I felt that those who made those posts had already said what they wanted to say, and would not continue to disrupt the thread.
I don't really consider FStranieri's legal threats any bother, since I never even did anything to him, and I certainly never told him I could or would do anything outside of my purview.
I sent him a PM response to the things I snipped out of his post. He sent me one back. I didn't read it. I don't really care. I'm not scared of him or anything. All I care about is the forum, and the thread. None of you deserve to witness a pitched battle like that, it isn't what Block is for. It's what my mod helpdesk is for. =D
I appreciate the support. The only thing I can ask now is that the thread return to normal.
Yeah feurerdache you were quite nice to be so benevolent in this matter. I have had a few disagreements with you in the past over in the T2 forums. But this guy was getting a little too personally involved. The fact that he didn't receive an infraction is beyond me but its your call thats for sure.
This probably should go in humor, I apologize.
The Thread: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?p=1933058
Denny Crane.
I'll edit that into the first post.
