I want to build an edh deck based on the Belmont family from Castlevania most of the creatures I have in the deck have vampire, zombie, and/or werewolf hate, I am planing adding equipment to represent the different items and a few spells but I currently haven't decided the commander choice or color combo I currently know that the main color will be white. any suggestions would be greatly apreciated. This is the current deck list https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/belmont-edh/?cb=1558122422
If the main color will be white, and you want to stay on flavor, maybe The oldest and newest Avacyn would fit. However, if you want access to as much power as possible while staying on theme, I would recommend old Sigarda.
hmm maybe, the original plan for the deck was to make my commander represent a belmont, but I may just add the belmonts as legendary creatures in the deck instead.
The real question is "barbarian vampire hunter", who fits that? I actually can't think of anyone. (Even Homelands doesn't help, and it was all about taking creatures from various traditional fantasy settings and putting them together.)
Your deck will definitely need Inquisitor's Flail though, just for being an obvious nod to the Belmont family's preferred weapon. (It started as a Castlevania reference anyway, just a flail is a better weapon than a whip.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
I say human tribal might be your sub-theme you Want to point your finger at and that’s all the colors as your options so still mono white so maybe green would be a good color to include perhaps?
Base on Netflix version, the Belmont knows how to do bar fight. I'd go with Boros on this one, or add black to make Mardu so you can have a handsome legendary vampire (Sorin?) in your deck too.
