Hey, I want to rebuild my Neheb, the Eternal deck a bit and looking for some useful cantrips in red or something similar as artifact like filigree familiar, the later would probably be a bit more preferred as I consider to toss in a goblin welder in the deck.
Pretty much just an experiment of ways to get card draws in red.

EDH BGU Sidisi, Brood Tyrant - Lurking Zombies. GBG Sapling of Colfenor - Forest Growth and Destruction. RWU Zedruu the Greathearted - Blinking and trading. GWB Teneb the Harvester - Enchantments, you lose life I gain life. RRR Neheb the Eternal - Ping people for mana burn.
Commune with Lava won't put any cards in hand but is still fantastic digging. It works really well with Neheb too. Keep in mind that you get access to the revealed cards until the end of your next turn, so you can either fire it off EOT of the player before you and untap with options, or you can cast it main phase and still have access to the cards on your following turn.
Coercive Portal isn't hard to get draws off of in 4 player games (unless you're clearly ahead on board). Tie in voting means you draw cards, so you only need 1/3 players wanting to preserve their board state. I've very rarely had it blow up when I didn't want it to.
Mind's Eye is playable in less aggressive mono-R decks where you don't mind taking a turn off of deploying threats to pick up some card draw. It seems less good in Neheb, but the strength of being able to hold up your land mana to draw cards after a Neheb swing might make it good enough.
Saboteur equipment like Mask of Memory, Sword of Fire and Ice (budget allowing), or Rogue's Gloves could work if you're running more creature heavy and less burn combo. Conqueror's Galleon is in a similar place, and gives you more utility/ramp than some of the other draw options.
The search here will give you all artifacts in mono-R color identity with "draw a card" in the text box. Most of them are pretty bad, but you might find some good options. I actually don't hate Book of Rass if you can get it out at the same time as Neheb. I'd still put it a fair ways down on the list of possible card advantage options because it's a little win more.

If you're not using planeswalkers, The Immortal Sun. Gives Neheb +1/+1, makes all your spells cost 1 less, and draws you an extra card every turn.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Just a quick note: If you use those wheels, consider Psychomaro. I've never had a chance to use it with Neheb, and I would love to see how it goes.

If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.
I actually found that getting mountains with journeyer's kite and Thaumatic Compass actually what my mono red deck wanted it is effectively drawing a card
Since I build this deck the main idea was pretty much ping opponents with stuff like Lightning-Rig Crew and Tunneling Geopede and do stuff with the additional mana. Not that aggressive beside I want to hurt opponents a bit.
I think I have a bit much stuff at 5-6 cmc, and much of that is ways to draw cards like staff of nin, farsight mask, The immortal sun, Tamiyo's journal. I consider to cut some of that stuff to cheaper alternatives and try to get a better start and flow.
I do have Faithless looting and consider to toss in Wheel of Fate, but I don't feel sure about wheel-effects.
Since I got Squee, the immortal from prerelease and I already had Squee, goblin nabob in my deck I decided it might be worth to toss in a Skullclamp too, and that is where I decided to do some rebuilding.

Don't forget the two most powerful looters, Goblin Lore and Control of the Court (though they might be out of pricerange, weirdly enough!). Their downside can be neglected with Past in Flames among others.
Don't hesitate about wheels - they are really good! Refilling your hand while disrupting your opponents.
Hi, I don't want to disrupt this topic, but why is Goblin Lore so expensive?!
Modern Hollow One. It can fuel some pretty busted starts and the deck uses the GY heavily as a resource, so random discard isn't a significant downside.

Do you want to limit yourself to cantrips? If not, there are some other pretty good card draw options in red. My favorites are looting effects (Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice, Mad Prophet, Wild Guess) and wheels (Wheel of Fortune, Magus of the Wheel, Reforge the Soul, and Dragon Mage).
