Why have the artifact lands and Mox Opal? I would rather just play all swamps and include something like Corrupt for an extra finisher...that way you're also not depending on drawing Urborg to make Tendrils work. Aside from that, I like it...even if I don't really like Psychosis Crawler (makes your removal weaker and is weaker in general compared to Spiteful Visions). Maybe you could play Mutilate over Damnation and hope that the Crawler will be bigger than the number of Swamps you have.
I have to disagree about Spiteful Visions being better than Psychosis Crawler, while it very might well be I would say it is a close call because Psychosis Crawler doesn't deal damage to you, a big plus, and can attack, another big plus, however Spiteful Visions cost one less mana and is less likely to be hit with removal, its really a toss up.

I just think the deck works better as a creatureless deck so you can take advantage of all of the powerful sweepers black has...if I were forced to play a creature, I would probably use something like Phyrexian Totem or something similar.
Yeah you may be right about Spiteful Visions, but MBS came out and I wanted to find a deck to utilize Psychosis Crawler and this is the best I could come up with.
I disagree on the Dark Ritual though, simply because yes it can power out a Underworld Dreams on turn one but the artifact mana is better because it is permanent and doesn't only last one turn like Dark Ritual does.
Any suggestions on how to improve this deck are appreciated.
Thanks

I guess I just always find it awkward to have so few creatures (particularly one that doesn't protect itself) in an otherwise creatureless control deck. All of your opponents' removal is going to be pointed straight at it. Sure, if it lives a turn, you'll be able to do a little extra damage, but I'd almost rather use almost that same amount of mana to hit them with a Corrupt or something. So I would either take Psychosis Crawler out (I know you badly want to play it) or add some way to protect it. Or maybe your group just doesn't play removal and you'll wreck everyone with it...who knows.
I also agree with above with just adding another Diamond or something instead of making your deck more awkward for a sole copy of Mox Opal. Even Chrome Mox would probably be better if you assume that you can draw some extra cards early (Turn 1 Howling Mine wouldn't be terrible) to make up for it.

Good point on the Tendrils of Corruption, I am gonna replace them with two Doom Blade and two Go for the Throat.

A simple Dark Ritual will also get you that Turn 1 Underworld Dreams or Turn 2 Font of Mythos without jumping through all of the Metalcraft hoops to get there.
About Spiteful Visions...you don't care that it deals damage to you, because your removal and Underworld Dreams should be hitting everyone else harder (or you can play Consuming Vapors/Corrupt/Tendrils of Corruption/Exsanguinate if you are that worried about it).

Am taking out the Tendrils of Corruption, so it doesn't matter if some of my lands are artifact or not, for two Go for the Throat and two Doom Blade as after playtesting Tendrils of Corruption has proved to just be to slow and mana intensive.
Any other suggestions on how to improve this deck are appreciated.
