I have no experience with a Naya Zoo type deck, but here's my take on things. I believe the biggest problem with the decklist would be the inclusion of equipment. While pumping up creatures is good, you have to question if it's really necessary.
What does equipping help you do? It pumps your creatures, but without some evasion like Trample/Double-Strike, it's not going to help you win the game overall. It helps you survive combat even more, but your creatures are going to be bigger than your opponents a good portion of the time anyway - in this scenario, equipment like Trusty Machete become redundant.
Other equipment like Basilisk Collar - is this necessary? I don't believe it is - deathtouch is not necessary on big creatures like yours, and lifelink is just not needed for an aggro deck.
Behemoth Sledge, while is a good card, I'm guessing is going to be too slow for Naya aggro.
Anothe problem is - why use mana to play equipment when you could have cast another creature or removal instead? Wouldn't that have been the better choice overall? To get into the red zone with more creatures, or remove an opposing creature in order to deal damage?
If you wish to play your version of Naya with Equipment, that's fine, but I feel like Equipment is the limitation to your deck's success. Mass pump like Garruk Wildspeaker, or Ajani Goldmane would probably be a bit better, especially considering your curve.
In an aggro deck you wouldn't want your opponents to gain life as you want to deal 20 or lethal as fast as you can. You wouldn't care if your opponent gained an extra basic.
Well the problem can or can not be equipments depending on the creature base you want to play. I merely said equipments wouldn't fit in because of your particular creature choices and gameplan. There are 3 popular ways of doing Naya:
3. Another version known as "Boss Naya", it features Stoneforge Mythic + equipment, but is generally a lot more control oriented than other Naya builds.
Hope that helped somewhat. It's not that the equipment plan is particularly bad, but it's a matter of what you want to accomplish. You can certainly run equipment with the right creature base, it just depends on your creatures.

Just my 2 cents.

As far as creatures go I would add Kitesail Apprentice in the place of Cerodon Yearling.

You might want werebear as a beatstick (as a budget alternative over tarmogoyf). Nimble Mongoose fits here too.

Well the problem can or can not be equipments depending on the creature base you want to play. I merely said equipments wouldn't fit in because of your particular creature choices and gameplan. There are 3 popular ways of doing Naya:
1. SuperAggro: Low overall CMC curving out at 4 mana for Ajani Vengeant, Bloodbraid Elf and Ranger of Eos
2. A version sort of like yours also known as "Naya Lightsaber".
Decklist example: http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/deck/331
3. Another version known as "Boss Naya", it features Stoneforge Mythic + equipment, but is generally a lot more control oriented than other Naya builds.
Good decklist: http://magicgameplan.com/blog/boss-naya-deck/
A comparison of all 3 decks can be found here:

went with the naya lightsaber build
1 Dragonmaster Outcast
1 Scute Mob
4 Wild Nacatl
4 Watchwolf
4 Woolly Thoctar
4 Bloodbraid Elf
3 Ranger of Eos
2 Baneslayer Angel
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Path to Exile
4 Lightning Helix
Land
4 Forest
6 Mountain
7 Plains
4 Sunpetal Grove
4 Terramorphic Expanse
Considering dropping watch wolf, for Birds of Paradise
but not sure if the ramp is necessary
Lightning Helix is in there cause i cant afford a playset of Ajani Vengeant
Unfortunately i only have 2 baneslayers at my disposal, unlike usual lightsaber decks running 4
would 2 Battlegrace Angel fill this spot nicely?
any other suggestions are welcome!
