I hope this question is okay...I know its not EXACTLY casual, but I'm curious how many CASUAL decks people have available to play right now?
Sometimes I see people say "I play against one guys who has vampires, one with beasts, one with MUC". I figured people would have more than one or two decks made...
So anyways, how many do you have?
Folks in my group have between 6 (guy with fewest), to 30'ish (that guy is nutz).
I have (if I'm counting right off the top of me noggin')...15, with 3 more almost built.
I have 58 and they are all in my sig if you are curious.
My playgroup is typically weekly, but small. I've been playing the longest.
Most common player (guy) - about 40 decks.
Second common player (girl) - about 10 decks. Newer player.
Third common player (guy) - maybe 20 decks.
Other players we have to scrape around to find.
Casual format - all types of decks from competitive to not - 3P FFA to 2HG to duels. We have a nice variety for a small group. We tend to go for a large variety of weaker decks than say 5 Legacy powerhouses per player.
I tend to make and break decks very often, so my only two consistent decks that I ever keep together right now are BGW rock and Mono B Creatureless Control because they're the most fun. Every so often I'll make a cheap casual or standard deck, play it for a couple weeks, then take it apart because its actually not that good.
I used to have about 4 decks before a large number of them god stolen. If I had my old collection intact, I'd have an Esper Artifact deck and a jund tokens deck as other casual decks I'd be playing right now.
Seeing the number of defender decks posted online now though, I'm considering making a casual defenders at the moment.
I usually only have one deck put together at any given time. I tend to dismantle my decks if I'm not using them to cannibalize them into new decks. I only have one set of Dark Ritual, Counterspell, etc, so if I make a new deck using those colours, I'll most likely put them in.

Are we counting decks on MTGO? Because I know I'll swap a couple cards out of a deck and save the old build...
Offline, I have about seven casual decks. (I think my record is 16)
Online... too many builds with just tiny changes. There is no reason to ever "take apart" a deck.

I'll be sad if people don't start calling The Chain Veil "Fleetwood Mac."
I have MB Vampires, Jund, RDW, and Kor (although I hate Kor)
Playable? 0. I stopped trying to build playable casual decks when I realised that
it isn't just competitive decks that costs an arm and a leg. Magic is the second most expensive past-time besides girls.
In real life, I only have 2, because I can't buy cards, my parent's don't allow me to. So I'm working on a MBC, so I have to sneak out and buy cards, but next year I'm going to highschool, so I can just going to LGS during lunch!!! *Fistpump*

i have about 10 ready to go and about another 6 is various states of desrepair (need to add lands or 1 or 2 cards from other decks). have about another 5 deck ideas that need a mana base and filling out.

I HATE when that happens. Like, YES I'VE FINISHED MY DECK and then no, you are missing maybe a playset of llanowar elves or like 3 forests. It really sucks.

It depends on what you mean by "casual". Sometimes we feel like playing more powerful decks. I also get tired of playing the same deck / same kind of deck very, very quickly, so it's nice having options to rotate into. It also prevents people from sideboarding for your deck.
I just started playing Magic a few months ago and I already have 55 complete, playable decks, ranging from floppy experimental combos to beyond-vintage ones to $10 budget decks. Most are coherent/themed and somewhat competitive.
I've also got 86 decks that were old versions or scrapped ideas.
The best part is, it's all on OCTGN, so it didn't cost a penny!
I keep a spreadsheet for each one so it's easy to edit, see the mana curve, etc.

Old school group, sometimes more beer than cards. Revised thru Tempest block (and a little of Urza), sorry if I don't know all the new cards

I could potentially make one of them a Standard deck, but that requires me spending 200$ on cardboard that looks vaguely like an angel.

@Kenneth: On MWS I have around 75 decks, all of them are casual.
First is Wolf token Ramp.
It's currently extended, but I'm going to switch up the "ramp" aspect. Goodbye extended.
Second is Mono-blue control.
It's kind of casual, but thats moving farther and farther away, now that I've purchased a Sol ring, and a FoW.

In all fairness, casual is all I play for 10+ years now and my group has been around good bit longer than that.
My deckbuilding pace has slowed tremendously in the last 12 months. Good and bad. Mostly good. ($)
