Because it is never too early to start speculating, I wanted to start asking folks what they think will be in this set. I vaguely recall Wizards mentioning a multicolor theme (much as double masters had an artifact theme) but that leaves things fairly open. With that said, I have some predictions that I feel are fairly safe to make:
1. Aminatou (or at least her image) was already spoiled.
2. I fully anticipate a treasure theme with dockside extortionist (possibly at mythic) and pitiless plunderer (as the "premium uncommon" like oubliette was last time) to act as glue to help a multicolor masters set work.
3. As the previous set had Breya and Atraxa, I fully anticipate seeing Yidris and Saskia this time around if they are doing multicolor theme.
4. I predict that we will not see Kyniaos and Tiro, however. In 1-vs-1 magic, 4-color omnath is the "non-black" commander that is more likely to see print and omnath was fairly recent, so...
5. I expect to see 1-2 out of City of Brass (which hasn't been printed in ages), Mana Confluence (the modern templating which was last seen as buy-a-box for commander legends and as a zendikar box topper), Prismatic Vista, or Fabled Passage.
6. Much as Double Masters 1 had the full cycle of 10 filter lands from the Lorwyn megablock, I expect that we'll see another full land cycle here. What land cycle is the question, though. While I would love for all of the multiplayer lands to see reprint, I don't think that this is a multiplayer draft environment. Fetches are (perennially) unlikely and I doubt that we'll see shocks twice in a year. While painlands, slowlands, and checklands are options, I am betting the smart money on the fast lands (from Kaladesh and our second stop to Mirrodin) as neither part of the cycle has been printed in a while and the Mirrodin lands are so distinctly flavored that reprinting them elsewhere would be a real challenge.
7. I predict a single interesting reprint from portal. I would love CoJ, BoX, Personal Tutor, Sylvan Tutor, or Imperial Seal (though the last seems least likely) for that spot.
8. Dreamscape Artist, sailor of means, and/or realmwright. Not exciting predictions but I expect to see one or two of them as blue simply does not have much in the way of usable color fixing.
Tbh I feel like Imperial Seal could happen. It's a safe bet that this will be the new most expensive box they have sold, and I struggle to think of a better place to put it, they need a card to drive people to buy the new packs.

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.
There are some phyrexians that need special treatment just to fit their typeline; Just look at Ascendant Evincar's oracle type, and he's right at the top of the list.

I already know about that mark mentioned they have creative solutions for that.

Any other thoughts or baseless guesses?
