Spin the Wheel of Death as the patners Vial and Kydele Waste Not the pain they deliver with hand manipulation through intense wheel effects.
Early Game
Ramp should be focus in the first turns. Theres no shame in using one of the wheel effects jsut to get ways to ramp because you will need alot of mana to chain spells through wheeling.
Mid Game
Jsut keep ncie and steady. Try not to put your powerfull enchantments like Waste Not and Liliana's Caress without going to the win. During this time go more control or put a threat or two jsut so they don't suspect that you are holding something. Just try to be passive because the deck is more of a combo.
Late Game
We have a couple of win conditions like using Waste Not, Megrim and Liliana's Caress to kill youropponent from indirect damage or draw like mad and win with Laboratory Maniac. Waste Not is your best friend since it helps with chaining spells and letting you wheel more. You can also use Notion Thief and a wheel effect to mae your opponents abit sad.
General
The name of the game is use tons of wheel effects and spells(the ones that discard and draw cards, not the shuffle ones) and use cards to abuse wheels like Waste Not, Psychosis Crawler, The Locust God. etc The deck's main goal is to ramp so you can sue your wheel effects to chain spells and win through various ways like mentioned above. Theres Laboratory Maniac as a way to win when over drawing. The deck also a couple of graveyard uses, mostly to use your graveyard so you don't feel bad pitching your cards to the graveyard. You can't always depend on Kydele since shes abit slow and vulnarable and Vial-Smasher is msotly for color identity but she can still dish out the pain , nonetheless the deck works fine without the commanders.
