I've been playing UW control since they printed Torrential Gearhulk so I always enjoy seeing new twists! Below are just a few comments I (personal opinion) I have about the deck archetype in general (and your deck).
I'm not sure Oketra's Last Mercy is Main Deckable, the card isn't very good (unless you are in a meta of high aggro/burn decks). Slaughter the Strong, seems like it could be replacement for Fumigate in any meta. Baffling End should be playable for early interaction as opposed to Impeccable Timing (most people are running Slash of Talons for this type of effect). Zetalpa, Primal Dawn feels greedy with your curve (this could be because of Approach of the Second Sun). Azor's Gateway...this card it reads like it's super powerful, but without redundancy in your spells (Glimmer of Genius and Hieroglyphic Illumination) it might be detrimental to a dedicated control deck. Generally you you only want to be dumping spells if you have multiple answers for what your opponent is doing...right now with standard (and with Rivals on the horizon), having multiple answers in your hand is really tough for UW control. I thing that the decks that end up having success with Gateway are going to be like Crested Sunmare decks focusing on life gain and big creatures.
