I have proxied, playtested, simulated, sample hands, games, against other players decks, simulators, in 333 to 1000 games hands.
The deck almost never ever mana shorts, mana floods, and very consistently 2,3,4 lands in opening hand, and draws 1 land out of every about 2.67 cards drawn.
The deck gets a consistent mix of what it needs because of draw, deck stackers.
The concept of the deck, is that it is more then the sum of its parts, in that the cards work well together, synergize, intwrchangeable combos.
The deck deck stacks, draws a lot, countersoells, removes threats, controls well, finds, gets Wrath, Mastery out, casted at miracle cost, recasted for miracle cost, copies wrath.
Cards like Revival, Jace, Prodigy, scholar, Mind Sculptor, Serum Visions, etc, deck stack, draw, discard, dump miracles in hand to graveyard, so that Revival can put miracles on top of deck, to be drawn, casted at miracle cost.
Snapcaster, Revival uses cards from graveyard. Thing in the ice board wipes and bounces Snapcaster so that can snapcaster more stuff in graveyard.
And if anything sneaks into play, have PLENTY of REMOVAL.
And Wrath, Thing in the Ice, Scholar are Finishers, where they all work together to do combined Voltronic Damage.
The deck is weaker against win on turns 1,2,3,4 horde, swarm, fast, aggro, blitz decks, like goblins, etc, but can sideboard in Bonfire, to board wipe with Bonfire, Thing in the Ice. And can chump block, and thing in the ice is a nice 0/4 blocker for 2 cmc that can slow blitz, aggro down.
The sideboard has answers against Valakut Burn, Affinity, infect
And Surgical Extraction is for Dredge, anything, everything else.
This deck is optimized for miracles, and is probably one of the better, best miracle decks, comparing it to all the lesser Miracle decks that I have seen online

Towards that, here are some tips to playing this deck
1. Use the draw, discarders, deck stackers
2. Try to do stuff during opponents turn to free up mana for counterspells, removal, control
Prioritize, Identify the biggest threats, and save, use your counters, removal for the bigger threats
Time play your control well
Graveyard management is important
Use your graveyard.
Also making the deck change got rid of white, allowing for a more consistent mana base.
The change should make the deck even better then it already is.
And to do the above while running 3 Delver, instead of 2 Delver, went to 66 cards, 25 lands, a 37.87% land mana ratio percent(25 lands ÷ 66 cards)
The deck is playtesting even better, and is even better then it already was, is.
