Quick Info
This is not a good deck. It's Chandra tribal. Built to get out Chandras, burn the enemies, and then hope you somehow survive long enough to ult a few times and somehow win the game. It has actually won games - not against high-tier opposition, of course, but still. It's not a fast deck, it's not strong, but if you like fiery redheads, this is the deck for you.
Early Game
Early on, you just play Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh, and turn 4 (or 3, if you got lucky) you swing at someone, play a spell, untap her, tap her, flip her, and work from there. Use boardwipes to protect her, tick her up slowly and down if something needs insta-nuking, and who knows, you might get there.
Mid Game
Then just...keep playing Chandras. Replenish your hand where possible. Wipe the board where possible/necessary. Sometimes have a Phoenix fly at your opposition's face.
Late Game
You're probably dead at this point but if not: Obliterate the field. If you have some Chandras, Obliterate/Decree are very valid wincons. Sure you won't be loved for it but if it wins...

Its just a low-tier deck I put together for the fun of it. Chandras everywhere!
