At first and in the core it is a normal Green Devotion Deck, but it uses some Color Splashes to get (hopefully) the most from this Deck.
This "look at the Top of library" subtheme is very funny to play. The Key to play this Deck, is to control what you get next or if you have Nissa, Steward of Elements or Mul Daya Channelers for example on the battlefield what is on the Top. In a good 
Deck you must always thinking what did you play and why :-p . Sometimes you need a little bit luck, but with a card draw there or direct play from the library with (Courser of Kruphix) you got your Options.
Why Blue in this Deck: Counter in the Sideboard. A great weakness are Combo Decks and here we got a good way to deal with it with the Counters and you have great Synergies with the library.
