So first off, this decks actual name is "Screw you guys I'm going home". It came about from watching many many Commander decks just durdling around in my meta doing nothing and letting just one person dominate. So I figured hey why not make a deck that hates everyone at the table equally. Just a fyi this deck is not meant to win unless you really happen to luck out.
This decks actual purpose is to die quickly but at the same time disrupt as much as possible before you go. I've actually had people wonder at my attitude when just not caring if I die or not. But if I can do 40 to 60 damage to the entire table before I go I count that as a win.
Technically this deck has three commanders and you can start your mind games there. The default commander Is of course Mogis, the other two are Tsabo, and Kaervek. You can always start the mind games by asking which of the three commanders they wish to play against and play the one that everyone doesn't want you to play. Usually this devolves into Kaervek or Mogis. Tsabo is when your feeling like letting folks play a bit and leave you alone so you can learn about the other decks.
Tsabo is also good for road blocking voltron and other kill you with their commander decks in that she almost literally reads protection from commander, first strike, destroy target commander, in the commander format.
My big thing is that the deck contains little to no land destruction. Its widely known that if you have a land destruct deck people always tell you NOT to bring or play it and that defeats the purpose of bringing a hate deck. You want folks to mildly loathe or be annoyed not say no never bring that deck again. This doesn't mean lands get off of the tax list but it does give you leeway in what responses that are brought to bear against you.
