An incredibly consistent turn 2 kill, by using the fastest mana in Modern (Gemstone Mine and Chancellor of the Tangle) you can cast a turn 1 Devoted Druid, and then turn two cast a Vizier of Remedies and Walking Ballista, instantly winning the game.
Early Game
Use Serum Powder to mull till you have a working hand. A good hand includes a Gemstone Cavern or Chancellor of the Tangle, as well as Devoted Druid, Vizier of Remedies, and Walking Ballista. Basically every card that is not those cards is a tutor. So ideally you would have 1-2 combo pieces in hand, and a tutor for the last piece.
Mid Game
Basically no mid game. If you down win early there isn't much you can do other than maybe having infinite mana and hard casting chancellors.
Late Game
no late game.
