This an Abzan Reanimator deck built around the Card Eerie Ultimatum and cards with similar effects such as Rise of the Dark Realm, Living Death, and the Commander Biollante (aka Nethroi)
To fill the graveyard we have sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Ashnod's Altar, mill, like Altar of Demecia and Stitcher's Supplier, and discard cards like Fauna Shaman
Like most reanimator decks this is trying to fill our graveyard with creatures with strong ETB, like Grave Titan and Sidisi undead Viser, or good death triggers like Butcher of Malakir and Luminous Broodmoth, but instead of 1 creature at a time this deck tries to bring them all back at once.
The End Game is to eventually get all the creatures not just your own but also your opponents' with stuff like Rise of the Dark Realms, Grave Betrayal, and Sepulchral Primordial and win with either creature value, milling out opponents, or Life Drain effects
