Quick Info

This is a storm deck based on the Mind v.s. Might duel deck. I've replaced 5/6ths of the deck (useless cards) and focused this storm deck specifically on the storm ability. This deck is full of tricks that are different from each time.  As a budget deck, it is not at its full capabilities, so feel free to give me suggestions in the comments!

Early Game

Early game, you want to have one or two basic lands and an Izzet Boilerworks for lands. You're gonna need probably a Rift Bolt or Lightning Bolt to remove smaller, preferably flying creatures, because, as you may have noticed, this deck lacks flying creatures. If your hand has Desperate Ritual or Seething song, don't do this, but if you don't have them, discard a larger spell (something like Volcanic Awakening) using Frantic Search or Faithless Looting to draw two cards. You will also want a Goblin Electromancer to lower down the costs of your other, more powerful spells. It is at this time that you want to cast cheaper creatures like Young Pyromancer. For now, you're stalling.

Mid Game

Mid-game is where most of the fun happens. This is the time where most of your cards' abilities will start to come into effect, colliding into other abilities that eventually snowball into a big mess of damage and tokens. Take a look at the decklist, and you'll figure it out pretty soon.

Late Game

By late-game, you are probably finishing off your opponent with some minor creatures and tokens. You will cast some spells and use the flashback ability, but the late-game is not an important time for this deck. Either you've won already, you're still stalling, or you've lost. Try not to die.

General

This is a storm deck based on the Mind v.s. Might duel deck. I've replaced 5/6ths of the deck (useless cards) and focused this storm deck specifically on the storm ability. This deck is full of tricks that are different from each time.  Floating mana is really important. For example, if you cast Frantic Search using two Izzet Boilerworks, you get to untap 2 lands, so basically you have gained one mana (Izzet Boilerworks: Adds red and blue mana to your mana pool. This also works well with Snap. The purpose of this deck is to boost your mana with cards like Desperate Ritual, and cast multiple spells that all have to storm ability, so each time you cast a spell, you make the spell you cast after it stronger. Disclaimer: I am not a professional deck-builder. This is probably my only successful deck. As a budget deck, it is not at its full capabilities, so feel free to give me suggestions in the comments!
