It's Boros feather as you know it, but, with an added twist of Torbran bringing in extra damage for every red source that deals damage...which is everything that deals damage in this deck.
Truefire captain is there to add pressure, both via defense and offense. Use Gideon's sacrifice on Truefire late game when they make their big damaging moves to toss it back in their face...which, with Torbran out, will add another 2 for added insult to injury haha
Also you can use the Feather + Dreadhorde combo to effectively use your buff spells twice in one turn and still keep them.
Tin street dodger plays as your assured damage if they don't remove it.
