Persistent Pertitioners based mill deck, you can choose to mill your opponent or yourself with Jace. Tamiyo's +1 can pretty regularly draw 2 petitioners so you can consistently have 4 or more on the battlefield. Huatli allows the deck to turn fairly aggressive turning all your creatures into 2 cmc 3/3s.
Sideboard can be used to either increase the counterspell capacity of the deck, or pivot into an aggressive deck with more Huatli and Tetsuko. Totally lost acts as a way to destroy/exile any non-land permanent with the mill options.
