Hey guys, i know this deck is a little different from the traditional infect deck, but I've ran this near exact setup and I had a very good track record at FNMs and kitchen table games. Its not as lethal short term as the traditional infect, but it has an aspect to it that normal infect doesn't have, and that is a great control package! My record with this deck was around 3 wins to every 1 loss, which isn't bad at all. The reason its listed as "Semi-Budget" is because it doesn't cost as much as other higher end modern decks like affinity, tron, esper control, grixis control, etc. But at the same time it still has a lot of power house control cards and stuff in it.
Idealy when i played it, my goal starting hand was an Inkmoth, a swamp, some control\kill cards, and a crusader or stinger, with a runechanter pike to boot. If you main board the sword of Feast and Famine, it can be very lethal equipped to a phyrexian crusader as the crusader already has first strike, infect, protection from red and white, then add in the protection from green and black and other ability from sword of Feast and Famine and your crusader becomes a near untstopable power house pretty early in the game depending on what deck your facing. My ideal play is T1 > Swamp into Thoughtseize or inquisition to see what im up against, then play accordingly.
Mid game you can end it at any point with a crusader, stinger, or Skitgiryx with a pike on it if you've played spells accordingly.
Shouldn't reach late game, can be difficult if you do.
All in all i love the deck.
