Spike would want some peppers and ham on his pizza, I know for sure. but Johnnies' is awesome.
make moar!
Why the ham?
On topic: Just read through these and they're great. I could think of lots of suggestions none of which would be funny, so I'll just have you keep up the amazing job!
Just found these and read every single one of them. I like the art style, and despite it being done on Paint, it doesn't look like it was done by a 3 year old. #20 is definitely my favorite, but several of them made me laugh. Keep them coming.
Asking out a girl is like trying to cast a first turn Necropotence. Sometimes the other player will have the Force of Will to say no. You shouldn't let that stop you from trying it.
Some facts of magic:
-Terror is an emotion which, when experienced, results in death.
-The pox was a disease notorious for having killed one-third, rounded up, of Europe’s population. Smallpox, on the other hand, killed only a single person.
-A person riding a horse cannot be stopped by foot soldiers, large animals, walls, archers, or even catapults.
Back when ugmadness stopped, I knew there would be a void in magic webcomics. A bunch appeared, but none were really good. 5color control was ok for a while, before the ownership change and before it was revealed that Taylor was an idiot... and none of the others have really stepped up to impress.
One day I was thinking of ideas that could possibly fill the void and I thought there needed to be an xkcd-style magic webcomic with simple art, simple plotlines, minimal character development, and a focus on funny stuff that happens to all of us Magic players. This is that comic. I actually enjoy the MSPaint style artwork because it keeps the focus on the humor and not on fancy visuals. Some people will inevitably wander into this thread and bash it for its artwork. But those people cared about the wrong things anyway. It's kind of like the flavor text of Double Header, the only people who will stay away are those who wouldn't have enjoyed it.
Keep up the good stuff! You've gotten noticeably better even in these first 20 comics. I'll keep reading!
I had a few Eldrazi themed comics started, but my laptop was stolen along with all the work. I'll rework them now that I have a reliable computer to store things on again.
Wow. Sucks to hear that. I hope you get all your stuff back soon!

Well, you'll get no argument from me about the idiot part
However, the "ownership" never changed. I and Alex got into it together, I bought the site and the server. We would work on the comic script together, and Alex would draw it. When Alex graduated from college, he moved away and did not want to draw the comic anymore, so I went out looking for a new artist. Luckily, I found one. Unlucky, he does not play magic. The tone of the comic changed at that point because it was no longer "Taylor and Alex" writing the script, it was just "Taylor."
So, I won't argue about me being an idiot, but the ownership of the comic never changed.
The past few months have been rather hectic. My online time wasn't what I wanted it to be and I've moved twice since the last comic was posted. I'm currently job-hunting in this strange and unusual land (Pasadena, anyone?) and foresee much of my time dedicated to that until someone offers me the moneys. However, I have a new laptop (thanks, Rich) and plenty of downtime ('cause despite what I just said, I'm not all that dedicated of a person), so I should be able to continue with this project. Here's hoping I get a few comics up before week's end...
Possibly inspired by Calvin and Hobbes (my new roommate has the WHOLE collection... <3).
I think my Hobbes came out on the happier side of "okay" given my poor MS Paint abilities, but for whatever reason, I just couldn't get Calvin to sit still.

Probably because Spike finds ham as an efficient source of food and nutrients. Or something.
Though I find it more appropriate to have just the pepperoni, since Spike is the one that usually deviates the least from the norm.
He'd put nails on his pizza too.
And ham? Nutritious? Uhhhhh...

This post made me cry a little on the inside.
Many thanks to Sgt. Chubbz of Damnation studios.
and good luck with the eldrazi ones, bet they will be great like
the rest of your work
I'd suggest Johnny gets ham on his pizza because he's the first to "ham it up" with implausible combos... heheheh, pun.
Timmy gets meatballs on his because they are beefy.
And Spike, as someone mentioned earlier, gets pepperoni because that shows a lack of originality.

Anyway:
I know! Rush_Clasic, buddy, at least tell us how the laptop thing turned out. And, if you could, I LOVE reading your comics!

And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
