It was in an M10/M10/M10 draft, recently after it came out. I was RG my opponent was UB. My opponent goes to Doom Blade one of my creatures. Keep in mind that earlier before we were talking about how annoyed we were at all these useless functional reprints, like Doom Blade and Divination. Back to the story. In response to the doomblade, I used Regeneration on my creature to save it.
I remember I was running a W/U/B Reveillark deck, my opponent was on 1 life, and he was about to swing for the win. He evoked that red Elemental that deals 7 damage to a creature when it comes it. He targeted my Reveillark. My graveyard had two Murderous Redcaps.
That was the final game and match, I ended up winning the tournament.
In the first round of States, my friend was piloting Boros Bushwhacker against some guy's homebrew white deck. A few turns in, the other player plays Oblivion Ring (with the intent of removing a Steppe Lynx, my friend's only creature at the time).
My friend goes, "In response, Path to Exile my own Steppe Lynx, have fun O-ringing your own permanents."
The other kinda stares at him for a minute, then starts convulsing and even coughing up blood. It was kinda worrying/scary for a while, but the guy ended up being perfectly fine and sort of followed my friend around the rest of the day because he thought my friend was "nice." It was arguably the best Path to Exile ever, and knowing the guy was alright, it's sort of a running joke around here.
i was playing tooth and nail in extended a while ago and i made a bunch of sky hussar tokens with the mirror breaker and he didn't realize they all had haste. my opponent started to laugh because he thought he had the game on his turn. he took some dumb unblockable enchantment card and put it on his forehead. while all this was happening i began to place 50 tokens on the table as he babled on about how he was going to win then when he was all done talking i tapped the entire table with 10 people playing on it besides me and my opponent and attacked him.. his mouth hit the floor and everyone at the table laughed at him. halariouse

books make great impressions, even more so when dropped on people.
Later, against Baneslayer control, the opponent tapped out on turn 5 for baneslayer. I chuck a pair of bolts at him, then drop a Marauder, a stingscourger and a bushwacker (kicked) onto the field, along with a crasher already out. Thanks to the crasher hitting before, i kill him right then.
Went 3/5 drop for the day, but all the wins were awesome to me.
I was running my Standard-legal URW control, up against Dark Depths combo.
He takes Match 1, I take Match 2 thanks to keeping an opening hand of 4 PtE and a plains, Match 3 we have an interesting situation:
I had gotten him down to 9, already taken out 2 of his Marit Lages. I had all my lands untapped, 2 Lightning Bolts in hand. He plays Beseech the Queen for a Vampire Hexmage, and sacs to pull out another Marit Lage. He has 2 mana open, 1 card in hand..thinks for about 30 seconds, and passes the turn.
I topdeck bolt, tap 3 Mountains and burn him out for game. He goes crazy, since he had a Rite of Consumption that woulda won the game last turn, but figured I had a Negate in hand. Insane win.
I watched a game where one person played rite of replication on the other person's Baneslayer Angel. In response, the guy played not one, not two, but THREE burst lightnings without kicker on his baneslayer. I thought it was funny.
Oh another time I watched this guy at our store that nobody likes (he gets cocky) play EDH with this kid. He's using some crazy combo edh (Dralnu, Lich Lord), and the kid is using Savra or something like that. Pretty much the Dralnu deck is Ad-Nauseam Tendrils in EDH. He had is Sensei's Divining Top/Cloud Key/Future Sight combo up and was drawing his deck, when all of the sudden, the kid's like "..aaaaand YOU'RE DEAD!" The response was "Huh?" "I have an Underworld Dreams in play, don't you remember?" The guy was like "OH, ****!" and stormed out.

one tourney, during Lorwyn/Shadowmoor/Shards standard, i was playing G/W aggro my opponent was playing rampinto cruel ultimatium. i had a G/W liege on board with some jank creature and 2 lieges in hand. His in top deck mode. He draws cruel and plays it immediately. he's so happy. i sac the jank, lose the life and "discard" the lieges. he looks at the board and just scoops in complete sadness.
not a play so much but i was in a fnm where lorwyn and shards was legal and the guy sitting next to me was running cascade swans and he missed a land drop.

No enchantments?
wait what?
hm. i guess this is why you should read the card. at least, i didn't lose to barren Friggin glory.
legacy tourney, i'm playing UW merfolk and he's playing can tresh. he goes T3 tarmogoyf, one land untapped. i have STP in hand and want to force a tap out(cursecatcher on field), so i cast daze. he spell snares it.
lol this happened at draft... but funny none the less, i won a game by killing my opponent with a raging ravine from 20 life... limited... 2 claws of valakut used on him in total (they fall off each end of turn). it was spectacular. lol

Magic Rules Advisor
Thank you Mr. Stuff for the awesome sig and avatar =)
Awesome, I was looking for somewhere I could tell people about this because it's my favorite magic story ever.
Setting: Unhinged Prerelease. I had already finished my round and was watching my friend play his match.
My friend's opponent plays a Booster Tutor early on in the match for a Torment booster pack. He ends up taking Radiate.
Later on in the game, my friend cast Ass Whuppin' targetting.. something. It didn't matter. My opponent cast Radiate targetting the Ass Whuppin'.
O. M. F. G. It took me a couple seconds to realize what just happened, but I was instantly laughing my ass off. My friend's opponent slowly stood up, and said "Guys, I'm sorry." Every single silver-bordered permanent in the tournament (it was a relatively small tournament, about 10 tables) was destroyed. Absolutely freakin' hilarious.
I had one game that I was down to 1 life (him at 20) at end of opp. turn and had Memory, Treasure Hunt and Ravager in hand. Walking Archive in play with Tideforce Elemental. I drew, played Selective Memory removing remaining non-land cards in my deck, played Treasure Hunt to draw deck, play mountain, drop a couple islands followed by the Ravager and the rest of my lands. I win.
Was playing with my U/W Ally Mill deck vs a homebrew Artifact deck.
With one turn remaining before I completely milled my opponent, he topdecked a Platinum Angel, threw it down and said "HAHA! now what?!" and ended his turn.
After this transpired I was pretty bummed, but then I topdecked a Rite of Replication, threw it down copying his Platinum Angel and said "HAHA! now what?!". I then milled him out with an ally drop and ended my turn.
Since he was milled out, he asked if I would accept a draw but I said no way because I knew I had 1 Oblivion Ring left in my deck. I told him I had an O-Ring in my deck and asked if he'd like to surrender, but he thought I was bluffing and he also said no way.
The game pretty much continued with me drawing my entire deck and him passing turns until I found an O-Ring as the 3rd to last card in my deck. Probably the funniest game I ever played.
My opponent puts me to 1 on his turn, I take it because I have a land and Rest for the Weary in hand and a counter in case of burn, I gain 8 on my turn and go up to 9 and that gives me an extra turn to finish off the race to win the game, since the most he can deal next turn is put me back to 1 again while I finish my opponent off with some air beats.
Love leveraging subpar cards in draft to win games.
He replies with some counterspell that makes me pay 2 + 2 for each of those in his graveyard.
I reply with Twincast and yell "I will win this battle!" (not like an ahole, it was all fun and games). He didn't have the mana to pay for it, good thing too... a silence on that Scepter is ridiculous.
First, My friend and I were joking about adding blue to the sideboard of my RDW on the eve of a FNM, when all of a sudden he got that look in his eyes and I was like, "Seriously". So we added 3 Islands, 3 Swerves to the SB (this was before Ricochet trap). I already had four scalding tarns MD so this was no problem. During the second round I was playing Rock with Kotr and Baneslayer. Late during the second game he cast Identity Crisis due to all of the nasty unearth about to kick his ass. He had no idea that blue had come anywhere near my deck. I had a swerve in hand, so in response I sacked a tarn and searched for... an island, I then proceeded to swerve the Identity Crisis back at him. The look on his face was priceless.
His 15/15 Kotr were suddenly in pyroclasm range and get this his hand was
I was playing my own version of warp world at the local fnm. I was up against Open the Vaults, and he was at like 340 life. Several times he asked if i wanted to scoop and i was like "na its fine lets play it out". I resolve a warp, into my own little combo:
We both get a lot of permanents leviathan hist play and everything is back in our hands, I replay everything with the bajillion and a half man I had floating from keeper of progenitus and passed turn. During his upkeep I devoured all 42 of my creatures (lots of tokens) with the dragon token from brood mother, he had 17 cards in his hand from leviathan. It took me like 5 minutes to explain how 3 dirt rares had just dealt 714 damage to him at the beginning of his upkeep. He called for a judge. The judge looked at the board looked at me and then proceeded to laugh his ass off. I ended up going 4-0.

Him: Drop Progenitus, Akroma, Angel of Fury, and Sundering Titan (Bad draw for him, he had to suspend the hyper)
Me: Drop Boggart Ram-Gang x2, Keldon Marauders x2, and Stingscourger, with two Bramblewood Paragon and a Rip-Clan Crasher on the field already. Bounce the Titan
Next turn, kick a Goblin Bushwacker, swing for over 20 after blocks.

It was my first time at FNM, I was playing against someone playing UW Control, I had UW Mill control.
He has an Isochron Scepter with a counterspell attached.
He tries to play another Isochron Scepter with a Silence.
I say "f that noise" and cast Force of Will
He replies with Isochron Scepter counterspell.
I reply with another FOW.
