At the beginning of each end step, if a spell was succesfully cast this turn, put a crash counter on ~. WW, sacrifice ~: exile up to X target lands, where X is the number of counters on ~.

I love baby carrots. So yummy. Speaking of baby carrots, where's the judge? I give this thread about 1 hour before it explodes again - that's when I'm going to sleep.
Hostile Takeover Strategy4UUU
Enchantment (M)
Whenever another player would lose the game, instead you gain control of that player for the rest of the game.
Other players you control can't win or lose the game.
When you control all other players, you win the game.
Captain Pauper's Revenge0
Instant C
Destroy target permanent or counter target spell that is worth more than your deck. I think magic should be free, so poor people can win too. Oh, and college students.
Tax Collector2W
Creature - Human Advisor
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, put a tax counter on Tax Collector unless that player pays 1.
Remove a tax counter from Tax Collector: Add W to your mana pool.
2/2
Do you? I certainly know of players with varying degrees of self-control. Anyway I fixed it I guess. Not sure if it would make sense for you to also be unable to lose until all your players are dead, but whatever, that would be kind of hard to word.
Pawn Shop
Land (R)
Pawn Shop enters the battlefield tapped. T: Target opponent gains control of Pawn Shop and of a nonland permanent you control of that player's choice. Add that permanent's mana cost to your mana pool.
Who the hell comes up with economics as a challenge? Boring people, that's who.
IIW: A balanced X/X for (X-3) mana.
You have to build/play around this, but why would you want to?
Persnickety Tax Collector1W
Creature - Human Advisor (U)
Sacrifice ~: Counter target spell or ability unless its controller pays 1. "If you'd like to file a complaint, I'll have to charge you for that too."
1/1
IIW: Out of character (white thief, red scholar, etc.)
So this ability is white now? Yeah, I see it. Not exciting, though.
Foreign Exchange2
Artifact (U) 2: Add 1 mana of any color to your mana pool. This ability costs less to play if you control more lands than an opponent. Tend the herd, but forget not the land they tread.
IIW: Shotgun to the face: style.
Not sure I see the flavor. Interesting mechanic but imperfect execution I'd say.
Coin Lanes4
Artifact (R)
Whenever 3 or more mana is spent on a spell or ability, put a coin counter on ~.
Remove three coin counters from ~: Add 3 to your mana pool. Cities have toppled from a single man knowing where the coins flowed.
IIW: Siggy!
I like this. Not sure I liked the name, but the idea is sound. I'd like it better if you had to sac it though and it cost less to cast.
Supply 1GW
Sorcery (U)
Put X 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens onto the battlefield.

Demand1WU
Sorcery (U)
Search your library for a multicolored card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
The Invisible Hand 4UUU
Legendary Creature - Illusion (M)
As ~ enters the battlefield, exile the top seven cards or your library face down.
~'s power and toughness are each equal to the number of exiled cards you own.
When ~ leaves the battlefield, put your hand on the bottom of your library in any order, then return all cards exiled with it to their owners' hands. */*
IIW: A card with flash.
All these cards are fine. The spoilered one's p/t setter I don't like though. I dunno. Nothing grabbed me about this.
Manaflow Controller3WU
Creature - Human Wizard (R)
Whenever an opponent taps a land for mana, you may pay X, where X is the amount of mana that land would produce. If you do, that land produces no mana instead.
2/2
Goblin Trader1RR
Creature - Goblin Rogue (C)
Exile an artifact you control: Add 1R to your mana pool. “That bauble? Two coins. That flower? Two coins. That golem? Two coins.”
1/1
IIW: Equipment based on a "Mario" power-up.
this is interesting. It feels uncommon and abusable with 0 cost artifacts.
Wise Investments 1GG
Enchantment (R)
When you tap a land for mana, put an investment counter on ~.
Remove two investment counters from ~: Choose One—Target creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn; or add one mana of any color to your mana pool; or put a land into the battlefield from your hand.
IIW: Supernova
I feel like this needs to cost at least 2gg and should probably require three counters at least.
Llanowar Piggybank1G
Enchantment - {R}
At the beginning of your upkeep add G to your mana pool. This mana doesn't empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end.
IIW: Sig
I like this. Its very cute. That's about all I can say.

IIW: Wheel of Time-flavoured card
This doesn't make a lot of sense. Where is that ability triggering from if you sacrificed it as part of the cost to exile the lands?
The idea was to try and make "the red two drop" - alltheothercolors have been given eternal-quality format-defining 2-drop creatures, whereas the best red has been given is Keldon Marauders, Kargan Dragonlord, Blood Knight and Plated Geopede (all of which are really good, but not quite on that level). My card has a really high damage output early game, which is what RDW wants, while at the same time retaining a lot of that damage output in addition to combo potential lategame, giving decks a strong reason to run red.
Morbid Interest2BB
Enchantment (R)
As an additional cost to cast Morbid Interest, sacrifice X creatures. X can't be 0.
Vanishing X
Whenever a time counter is removed from Morbid Interest, return up to two target creature cards in your graveyard to the battlefield.
IIW: Overcosted abilities.
Clever, but probably could be worded better and still super dangerous.
Economize2W
Enchantment (R)
You may pay less for creature spells you cast. If you cast a creature spell using this ability, it enters the battlefield with an additional -1/-1 counter on it. In war and business, nothing beats sheer numbers.
Game Hunter :2mana::symg:
Creature—Human Archer
:symg:, :symtap:: Destroy target antelope, elk, goat, rat or squirrel. The buck stops here.
Inflation 4UU
Enchantment
Whenever a player cast a spell, put a gold counter on inflation.
Spells cost an addition to cast for each gold counter on inflation.
:1mana:: Remove two gold counters from Inflation. Any player may activate this ability.
IIW: Make a card from Avacyn Restored that would make Archangel's Light a chase rare overnight.
My favorite of these is the top one. Its an idea I've tossed around before. Probably pretty dangerous. Also probably green.
