Crossing Time2UU
Instant (R)
Exile target creature. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. That creature's controller puts a token that's a copy of that creature onto the battlefield. "Time travel is tricky. Leave it to the professionals."

Instant UC
Exile target creature. At the beginning of it's owners next upkeep, return it to the battlefield tapped. If you can't deal with a problem, you can always just send it through time so someone in the future can deal with it.

Fading 5
Whenver a creature attacks, exile it and remove a fading counter from ~. Return that creature to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control at the beginning of the end step.
When there are no more Fading counters on ~, instead exile it and put three time counters on it. If ~ doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
Objection: Assembling contraptions is not as good as tutoring, because it's dependent on how good the Contraptions are (also you have to cast it on the turn you assemble). See Mercenaries
Goblin Teleporter2
Artifact (R) R,t Choose a creature you control and flip a coin. On heads, that creature is unblockable until its owners next end step. On tails, that creature gains flying and has "At the begining of the end step, deal 5 damage to this creature" until end of turn Uh... where did Ib go...- Og Dun, Goblin Tinker
Traitorous Flicker2RW
Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, exile a random creature that player controls, then return it to the battlefield under the control of one of that player's opponents of his or her choice.
Yes, this is pretty manic, but sort of controlled manic? Unfortunately, your wording is pretty manic too, especially on the exile ability. I'm sure you meant for it to trigger at the upkeep. This certainly is a rare, not uncommon.
Not much manic insanity here. This is too precise and has power issues. Repeatable Time Ebb is horribly powerful (locking the opponent out of the game in a 1v1), and this is one you can use multiple times in a turn? Nope.
Ha, I really like this. Wrath for a random period of time is exactly the sort of crazy I was looking for. You should probably have the random number be between 1 and 6 for simplicity of choosing a number. An Izzet Ball is unthinkably strange, but the general idea of the flavor text, I like.
Nothing to crazy here. The whole process seems rather controlled, up until the creature dies. But the creature dies after it teleports, and it really doesn't make sense to me.
Crustacean Crusader submitted an extremely similar card the last time I judged, so I'm sort of spoiled on the newness of this mechanic. This isn't really hectic like I wanted.
I like the squee jr. quite a bit. Your normal entry, less so. It's fairly manic I suppose, but it's sort of a headache and you need to say who's control the creatures return under.
Yeah it's teleporting, but not very manic at all. Seems pretty broken, if anyone remembers Astral Slide's hey-day...
The card is pretty interesting, not very manic at all though. It's very precise both in flavor and in play.
Well this is utterly insane. Not much to say really, I like it.
It's crazy phasing! I wish you didn't include a way to control it though, pure craziness is what I wanted here.
Interesting, but not Manic!
Once again, interesting idea, but the challenge is for some crazy teleporting.
Double plus soon!
This doesn't feel very manic, and resolving the attack triggers is a bit over-complicated.
I really like the way you flavored the teleporter miscalculating. However, this isn't as crazy as I wanted.
Way to kill Risky Move :-/. Oh wait, random creature... um, k, should cost 6 though :p.
Sorry my critiques really dragged down in quality...

I'll bet you wish you had a non-unglued/unhinged card that shared your first name.
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
No, it was supposed to be 'beginning of each turn turn' so that 'on beginning of upkeeps' don't trigger. Also, there was a reason I made it U instead of R, but said reaosn escapes me currently.
