Like I said, I can only go by my own experience, which is now 18 years. Kind of disheartening when you think you know something and you find out that you're a notch below a low grade moron.
How else will they know how to become professionals?
How to become a professional:
1. Stop daily hygiene.
2. Stop weekly hygiene.
3. Design mythic rares that favorably interact with other mythic rares, thus jacking the price of both and creating a whirlwind of capitalism and drug-cartell membership increases.
4. ???
5. Profit.

"Here only miracles. Here, only the rising of spirit. And yes, love if it was pertinent (which it was so often); and sometimes bloodletting. But never the prosaic, never the trivial. Here the man who brought the strangest tale was the most welcome. Here every excess was celebrated if it brought visions, and every vision analyzed for the hints it held to the nature of the Everlasting." - Clive Barker's Imajica
Good cost, this would work, but you need to specify where the spell goes after it's removed from the stack. B
I'm assuming "negate" is a new keyword that essentially means "counter". Kinda skirting the challenge. C
I really like this, and surprisingly, it actually works within the rules. Love the idea of taking another wizard's spell and morphing it into yours. Great job! A+
Interesting way to counter a spell by removing all valid targets. I like that it still doesn't stop spells that don't target. Seems like something that WotC might print. A-
This is another interesting card. I'd probably limit it to just instants/sorceries to reduce memory issues, and I'm curious how it would work with additional costs. Creative though. A-
Yea… Redirect… and cheaper too. And it technically doesn't "counter" the spell. D
It's a Memory Lapse on steroids. That said, I think it could be printed at this cost. However, there's a LOT going on here to just counter a spell. I could see this being used more for the added value than the counter more times than not. B-
I had to search to see if this was an UN-card, and it's pretty much Mirror, Mirror. Interesting ability, although you're right that it would shatter the rules. I could see some reminder text like "You control all of that player's cards, permanents, emblems, and spells in all zones. You have their life total, and any counters that they had.", etc… And it doesn't counter the spell, just again makes it pretty immaterial. C+
Nice card. Another spell-morphing card. Pretty powerful ability to search up and cast any replacement card from your deck. I'd cost it more. And as Sir_Aureus notes, the Flash is unnecessary. Also, without the searching, I could see this in white. B+
A delayed effect Memory Lapse. I don't get where the green comes in here though. B-
I do like this. Decent trade off for the exiling. Being able to "exile" target spell just makes me love the switch to Exile from "removed from game" so much more. It's just easier to grok. A-
Wow. Win the game? It would never happen, unless you could combo it with some Mindslaver effect to force them to cast a spell. It's basically a 2 CMC 1/2 flyer otherwise. C+
Interesting. I do think exiling spells could be white, and it's a nice way to get some unique source for direct damage. Also, it's not a BLUE counterspell, which is always welcome. Well done. A
Another non-counterspell. It's stealing a permanent, or spell. However, since targets are announced when the spell is cast, you gaining control of it doesn't enable you to even change what it's doing, in most cases. Cool card, but not really a counterspell. D+
Now this let's you do something useful with the stolen spell. Again, not technically a counterspell, but it has its uses. B-
And this is how you remove a spell from the stack. Gotta specify where it's going. I can see this being printed, for one less mana actually. Simple and effective. Nice card. A
I think this would be worded differently, and it's really just a bit of a permanent Disfigure. This isn't a bad thing, but the owner is still going to get any ETB or ETG triggers. C+
It's Time Stop's little sister! Another very effective way of countering a spell, along with many other interesting possibilities. This could easily see print as well. I think it might cost one more, but who knows. A+
I'm a big fan of threats that can sit on the board and actually openly THREATEN your opponent. This is great. I wish some of these moving spells away from the stack type cards, moved them to another zone (bottom of library, graveyard, randomly into library) or something, b/c while the Memory Lapse effect is fun, it's just annoying to counter a spell or have to deal with it over and over again. This comment applies to all the folks who did that style effect. Just a personal gripe on that one. A
Awesome. Way to think outside the box. I truly love this card. It's simple, short and to the point. But SOOOO effective. Kills some storm and such deader than dead. Great! I've made some proxies of this to test out in my casual groups. A+
This is interesting as well. I'm a big fan of injecting some more randomness into the game. I like seeing the word "rearrange" anywhere in Magic. I think you need to specify "the bottom spell or ability" on the stack, though… A-
A more limited version of the previous one. It's essentially a Reflecting Mirror that can only be reflected back at the player who cast the spell. That said, I think this would cost more, perhaps. C+
Yay! A green counterspell (yea yea, I'm aware of Avoid Fate). I could see green getting this. I would have given it Split Second, and made it cost one or two more. A-
I like the restriction on this. Very nice. I can see filling up their hand and forcing them to choose what to discard being an interesting griever play. Also, it's great that you noticed that you would need to specify OTHER target spells, since you didn't specify spells on the stack. Although, I'm not sure where a spell would be if it wasn't on the stack, but good job. A-
