This is in no way Brofaux's fault, but I notice a pattern with the more complex WiJ challenges. The criteria allows for more open interpretation, leading to a wide spectrum of different kinds of entries, which as a result takes more time to judge than a contest that wants you to make a demon for example. In a contest like this, with no stipulation on the design itself other than the name, every card could be completely different in every way.
Thanks. I had a number of other things pop up as well, and the number of entries was over whelming.
In that case, it would be perfect as an enchantment, not a sorcery. Is there even a sorcery that you exile once you play it, then put counters on (non-vanishing) ? The idea of putting counters on non-vanishing sorceries/instants seems absurd for me.

IIW:
Multicolored millcards in something other than dimir.
Normally I dont do this, but how exactly does mine become a 10/10 (easily) the next turn? To be cast the card is tricolor dependant, and then you have to pump 6 black mana into it, so over the course of 2 turns youve spent 11 mana to make it, and on top of that, you could path it for one white mana. When the dreadnought/stifle and dark depths/hexmage combos exist, i dont see how mine is OP.
Now, that being said, congrats to eriku (who i agree should have won) and thanks to brofaux for judging 20 entries.
I was hoping I wouldn't win, because school is back in session, but I will make this round as quick as I can. Hmmm a worthy challenge.
Something fun and creative:
Life's CharmBGW
Sorcery (Rare)
Choose one - Put target creature card from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to its converted mana cost; or put a 4/4 green Beast creature token with trample onto the battlefield; or put three 1/1 white Bird creature tokens with flying onto the battlefield. Life is a wonderful thing.
IIW:
Make a RWU card, originality is the key to winning with me.
Lorescale Oracle - (G/U)(G/U) Creature - Snake
Flash
Kicker - Draw a card
When ~ enters the battlefield, if it was kicked, choose one - each opponent draws a card; or each opponent puts a 2/2 blue and green Illusion creature token onto the battlefield.
2/2
e—mora'anWUBRG
Creature — Human Citizen {C} T: Choose one — Prevent the next 1 damage that would be dealt to target creature or player this turn; or Draw a card then discard a card; or Each player loses 1 life; or e—mora'an deals 1 damage to target player; or Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn. "Durrr"
2/6
make a 5 color card. (it needs to be somehow 5 colors at some time) it DOES NOT need to cost 5 colors of mana.
I like your version of kicker little money. Its a great way to re-invent kicker and makes the game more interactive which is always a plus.
Against All Odds
Sorcery- {MR}
Against All Odds can't be countered.
You win the game.
Suspend 4-3WWW
Whenever a time counter is removed from Against All Odds target opponent chooses one - Each opponent draws two cards; or each opponent puts a creature from their graveyard into the battlefield; or sacrifice a creature. From the worst situations come the greatest victories.
Charge of BladescoreRRWW
Instant {Uncommon}
Choose one- Creatures you control get +2/+2 and gain lifelink until the beginning of the next end step, or Charge of Bladescore deals 2 damage to each creature you don't control.
Entwine- RW
I'm a bit weird with this one, i can't decide if it needs to be rare.
Locus Swarm xBBB
Sorcery-{Rare}
Choose 1 - Put X 1/1 black insect creature tokens with flying onto the battlefield;
or put X -1/-1 counters on each creature you don't control;
or each opponent loses 2 x x life. "The creatures of blackness are fickle in their particular tastes, but no matter which

With the amount of mana fixing these days, it's easy to have a way to get that guy out the turn after he hits the b-field. I disagree with his opinion however, I think that the only thing the card needs to drop is the token's haste. With that little adjustment, the card is just fine.
My entry is going to be an epic plane-merging spell.
Planar MergeWUBRG {MR}
Sorcery - Arcane (no, it's not really arcane!)
Multikicker - 2
Choose one - Return target creature from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control, or draw three cards, or all creatures target player controls get -1/-1 for each land you control, or Planar Merge deals 7 damage to target player, or put four 3/3 green beast tokens onto the battlefield. If Planar Merge was kicked, you may choose again for each time you kicked it. (You may not choose an option more than once.)
Why do those abilities represent plane-merging? I dunno.
