Earthcracker2BG
Creature- Plant Zombie
As long as a basic land is in your graveyard, ~ has Haste.
During your upkeep, if ~ is in your graveyard, you may sacrifice a basic land. If you do, put ~ onto the battlefield.
~ gets +1/+1 for each basic land in your graveyard.
Cycling- Pay 4 life
1/1
How about a card like Sprouting Thrinax, except instead of tokens, there is some other effect? Basically, a card that creates a permanent effect on the battlefield when it dies.
Constant Vigilance 1W
Instant
Untap all creatures you control.
Whenever a black creature attacks you, you may cast Constant Vigilance from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
Monocular Menace4B
Creature — Eye {U}
Non-Eye creatures you control can't attack.
Monocular menace costs 1B less to cast for each Eye creature you control. (For example, if you control two Eyes, Monocular Menace costs 2 to cast.)
4/5
Smirking Banshee2BB
Creature - Spirit (U)
Flying
You may exile a black card from your hand instead of paying Smirking Banshee's mana cost. Hellbent - At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are no cards in your hand, each opponent reveals their hand and discards a non-land card. "Hear a cackle with glee,
Know it's time to flee."
Victorian saying
2/2
I like the Hellbent ability and how the alt-cost helps you get to it. Overall, though it feels a bit undercosted, and I don't see how I'd run this in a non-black deck if I have to exile a black card.
Viashino Mercenary0
Haste
Echo - Sacrifice a land (At the beginning of your upkeep, if this came under your control since the beginning of your last upkeep, sacrifice it unless you pay its echo cost.)
Viashino Mercenary is a red creature.
3/1 "Their fee is not measured in gold or pleasure."
Make a non-blue merfolk that makes sense in the color that you choose.
Awww, it's new CC0 Red Creature. And 3/1 with haste. So if you don't pay the echo cost, this is a cheaper, non-trampling Spark Elemental; and if you do, it slows your mana production by one. I'm fine with the first case, but think the second is a bit overpowered. Very much like how you met the requirements of the challenge, regardless.

So he wants to be in the graveyard and comes with a built in way to get himself there. He wants land(s) in your graveyard and comes with a built in way to get one there. So, this suffers a little bit from having restrictions that are too easy to meet. I'm also thinking that although 4 life and a land sac seems alright for a hasty 2/2, the fact that you can recur it every time it dies and it keeps getting bigger pushes it far above the curve.
Constant Vigilance 1W
Instant
Untap all creatures you control.
Whenever a black creature attacks you, you may cast Constant Vigilance from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
This in interesting. So you're getting access to a white effect, not through playing white, but because white's enemy is attacking you. Enemy of my enemy is my friend. I like it. A bit hard to see one running it in a non-white deck without a way to discard it; imo the "from your graveyard" clause was unnecessary. With it, you'd also need a "... then exile it" card or it becomes a free untap every turn vs black decks.
Monocular Menace4B
Creature — Eye {U}
Non-Eye creatures you control can't attack.
Monocular menace costs 1B less to cast for each Eye creature you control. (For example, if you control two Eyes, Monocular Menace costs 2 to cast.)
4/5
Oh neat. So if you have an Eye already, it cost (woot! I can math!). Unfortunately, the only (non-changeling) Eyes in magic are black, so casting this in a non-black (non-Lorywn) deck would still be mighty difficult. Very much like the concept and the name, though.
Charging Tarka3R
Creature - Beast (U)
Trample, Haste
You may pay 1BG rather than pay Charging Tarka's mana cost.
3/2
Hmm, yeah I've always liked this kind of alt-cost, and am looking forward to the block where it gets a nice keyword. This doesn't quite fit what I was looking for with the challenge, though, as it can only go in a very specific non-red deck. It also seems to be on the low side of the curve, to me.
Graveyard CreeperBG
Creature - Zombie Rat
Discard Graveyard Creeper from your hand: target player shuffles target card in his or her graveyard into his or her library.
Exile two cards in your graveyard: Exile target card in target graveyard. Play this ability only if Graveyard Creeper is in your graveyard.
Dredge 2
2/1
Oh, I see, so you're never going to cast him in a non-BG deck, but could still run him solely for graveyard removal. That's pretty clever, and answers what I was thinking of as a more limited-relevant challenge with a potentially constructed-worthy card (or a least sideboard-worthy). Nicely done.

Bloodhungry Flamekin :symr::symr::symr::symr:
Creature - Elemental Warrior (R)
If an opponent was dealt 5 or more damage by creatures this turn , you may play ~ without paying it's mana cost.
Bloodthirst 3 "He loves nothing more than the taste of evaporating blood in his mouth."
2/1
Interesting. So you automatically get a 5/4 if you use the alt cost, and it fact would generally be loath to cast this without hitting the Bloodthirst. I like the four red in the casting cost as it makes the alt cost relevant even in a deck with red mana. Balance wise, 5 creature damage is definitely significant, so I don't see a problem there (it is definitely a win-more card, but that's not a point against it in my mind). Overall, very nicely done.
2nd place: bloodyspasm for Bloodhungry Flamekin!!!!
Winner: Caesarius for Graveyard Creeper!!!!
Sorry if the last round was a bit quick. My schedule's uncharacteristically tight this week, so I had to squeeze in judging were I could.
