Rarity is obligatory, for several reasons. When I included it in the set just now, I had to add rarity. Should be trivial. Also, when browsing through the submissions, you want the complete package. The same goes for a "make a 0/0 creature". You should paste 0/0 there anyway, for completeness.
Please don't submit two cards, not even suggest it. Whatever is your submission, put it in a further empty post. It's a real pain editing out all comments next to submissions.
