I'm still working on my own unique mechanics for this set. One of the cards (that I misposted as its own thread elsewhere) shows a little of this mechanic, though it's not a huge expression of it just yet.

Return target creature to its owner's hand. If that creature was a token, return this card to its owner's hand. One down, 98 to go...
Lasso2
Artifact - Equipment {C}
Equip 1
Equipped creature has “:symtap:: Tap target creature. It does not untap during its controller’s next untap step.”
Both of these feel pretty straightforward to me, but you may see problems I don't.
This one is a problem child. I'll tell you about my first version later which was Skullclamp-broken instead of Jace-broken.

Enchantment {R}
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, you may look at the top card of that player's library. You may put that card on the bottom of that player's library. Awakened from her nightmare, Luna once more guarded the dreams of others.
First version had the top two cards. Yeesh...
This one is special. It's showing my first "unique" mechanic. I honestly can't even format it properly for this forum, so I'm just gonna post the image:
Prismatic mana. Right here it's just used as an activation cost, but in other cards it may be the main cost. I'm trying to get it to behave properly as a main cost, but I'm still working on that. What do you think? Is this something that should exist or not? Also, how are the card mechanics?
Finally, here are the images for all, plus a reprint of Befoul, last seen in Kamigawa.
cider press -- doesn't need that funky mana symbol, as this works as well:
1, T: add 2 mana of the color spent to activate ~.
Since colorless is not a color, attempting to activate it with colorless will result in 0 mana.
I think its a bit too strong though. It is any color mana for 2cc artifact, making it better than nearly every 2cc artifact of the same nature (diamonds, talismans, fellwarstone, etc).
Dreamwalk is bad. 2UU enchantment ought to be alright. Also, "At the beginning of each player's upkeep, you may look at the top card of that player's library. You may put that card on the bottom of that player's library."
Dreamwalk: Yeah, I wasn't sure how to cost this, so I erred on the side of "too expensive." Especially when I had it at two cards. If other people agree, I'll drop the cost.
Lasso: You're right, this is more of an uncommon effect. I'll adjust accordingly.
Cider Press: You are right that the symbol, in this case, probably isn't strictly necessary. I could get the same thing across with just 1. However, I have cards in the works that rely on that symbol as their prime mana cost, and a lot of nonbasic lands that produce colorless unless you do something about it. I may need to make this concept its own thread and show one at each rarity and each supertype.
As for its power level, you are right it does seem a bit more than the others, though it doesn't work as well for mana fixing if you aren't getting the mana you need. I think this one may depend heavily on the Limited environment, so I'll just err on bumping it up to Uncommon for now unless someone has an idea on how to drop the power level.
About the symbol; what do you think about a gold version of the colorless symbol (for generic colored mana)? The current symbol is very, very busy and shoves too many colors into its area.

Actually, I do like that idea. The current symbol was the best that I could find in MSE extensions (the other one literally looking like a rainbow turd), but a gold symbol may work too. I'd have to do the edits manually though.

I was going to make a suggestion also about using reminder/rules text to specify that you could only use colored mana... but this suggestion's a clean enough implementation of the idea that I think it will work. Do you use multiple "generic colored mana" in costs that then retain the original color the way it does here? I feel like that could get really complicated really fast.
On an unrelated note, if you still wanted Lasso to be a common, I think it's still a possibility. Mostly I feel like the "can't untap" clause is what makes it an uncommon--if it was just "Equipped creature has 'T: Tap target creature'" it could still probably be a common (it might need an activation cost of 1, but I think it could work without (off of pure theorycrafting)).
Besides, I don't see how the "can't untap" clause fits the flavor anyway. Once you lasso them, they're free to get back up unless they stay entangled (maybe "can't untap if equipped creature is tapped" only worded more cleanly).

Lasso -- too good at common for limited.
dreamwalk -- its fine.
