Fuse cards will most likely just have "Fuse" as a part of each halves rules text. They act as the old split cards such as Boom // Bust except they have an added ability that each can be played. I doubt any patches would really be required unless you want to detect Fuse and assign a boolean value to show a split card is that.
On another note, it would be awesome if in the 3.8 update (or some future update) you would shift to using the official set codes. Wikipedia has a good list of them. The official list of older set codes comes from the internal list when it was published in an Ask Wizards column.

The main drawback of using the official list is that you cannot have a folder called "CON" in windows. So if you have cardscans separated into folders by set codes, well, you're mostly screwed. There's ways around it, but it's a hassle.
So one, possibly a handful more in the future, may need to be tweaked a little. Overall it would still be nice to have as many using the official codes as possible.
I can confirm that version 3.6b does not choke on fuse cards, although it isn't processing their collector's numbers. It processes them the same way as the old split cards from Invasion and Time Spiral blocks. It isn't parsing power and toughness for any set though, so I presume Wizards changed something.
— Even though v3.7 works pretty well for fuse cards, I added a patch to avoid redundance of the fuse ability in capabox.
— Fixed P/T extraction.
— Minor bugs fixed.
If you experience issues or problem, feel free to report here everything abnormal you may find.
Let me start by thanking you for this great tool! Its a real life saver! I have noticed that 3.8 is not pulling in any rulings or flavor text for any of the dual-faced cards from Innistrad and Dark Ascension. Is this a bug?
It sometimes happens when the gatherer is on maintenance. It is still online but queries are not available... just be patient and wait for gatherer availability. I may add a warning for this in next versions if you find it useful...
I tested all the other output format, and no one works. As long as set spoilers are not available on the gatherer, Gatherer Extractor can not extract anything.
Just wait for end of maintenance of the Gatherer. For your information, I sent a feedback to WotC to let them know set filters is not working anymore.
Thanks !
Indeed, the Gatherer has been modified concerning the way dual cards are handled.
Apocalypse raised an error, as well as Dragon's Maze for example etc. because numbers, which now contain "a" or "b" as for doubled-faced cards. They used to be 'real' integer.
I fixed Gatherer Extractor accordingly. and updated the installer.
Please try it and tell if everything is OK for you.
Thanks !

Dont work the filter to export... Example... i wont export the price... i ll go to option > export > unselect Price... but when ill export... i'm still see the column price in the .sql
Hey I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to find anything online. I set it to download all data and scans for every set and let it go for ten hours, I set the options how I wanted it (full scans, etc), but I'm not sure how to get MWS to read the files. I tried save as into MWS pics folder, and the folder just above that, and saving in the gatherer extractor folder as well as it's pics folder and MWS is not showing any more full art pictures. Maybe you could give me a quick walkthrough of how to get it working?

Risk name: WS.Reputation.1
File path: C:\Users\REDACTED\Downloads\Gatherer Extractor Installer v3.8_Apr-23rd-2013.exe
It worked fine though, and Dragon's Maze is now in MTG Familiar.
Just wait for WotC to end maintenance on the Gatherer, and it should work well again.
Go to the gatherer:
http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Default.aspx
Then, search for Alara Reborn for example, output as Text Spoiler :
you should go to:
//gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?output=spoiler&method=text&set=["Alara Reborn"">"]http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?output=spoiler&method=text&set=["Alara Reborn"]
and you have instead:
http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/Pages/Search/Default.aspx

http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?output=spoiler&method=text&action=advanced&set=["Alara Reborn"]
while this one is not ...
http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?output=spoiler&method=text&set=["Alara Reborn"]
I patched Gatherer Extractor accordingly. v 3.8b released!
what set are you trying to extract that raises the error ?

i.e. Akki Lavarunner and Tok-Tok, Volcano Born vs. just Akki Lavarunner with Tok-Tok in the card's description.
