unless you're looking for a card that reads "split second, destroy target creature" then no. split second was a block mechanic only found in Time Spiral and will likely never ever see print again.

Does the Reaper dream of darkness Darker than BLACK?
Do you mean an unconditional kill spell? Because as of now we already have Sudden Shock and Sudden Death and even Sudden Spoiling that can easily kill things outright without anything but a potential trigger to stop them.
It's widely known that [EDH] is very broken. Building a superdeck is quite easy. So what defines you as a player is [...] how you show restraint and creativity while still remaining a competitive player and a good sport.
the only problem with urza is that he is an oldwalker, so its abilities would be like:
+3: remove up to ten target permanents from the play
-2: win the game
-8: kick your opponents in the face, then win the game
starting loyalty: 100

It's not like they haven't reused block mechanics before. Maybe they'll revisit the Time Spiral plane and reuse the split second mechanic.

Split Second reduced interactivity to a degree that was borderline unhealthy with just the amount that were printed the first time. Print enough cards with Split Second, and a person could play an entire game without ever worrying about responses from their opponents. If one of those Split Second cards turns out to be a combo piece, then that makes the combo intolerably resilient. It's simply too much work to keep it balanced, and not enough people liked the mechanic the first time around for it to be worth it.
And that's why WotC has stated that Split Second most likely won't be coming back. It's not like we're talking about something popular, useful-without-being-broken, and easy to interact with, like Cycling or Flashback.
Also, the "Time Spiral plane" was Dominaria, the most-frequented plane in Magic. Antiquities, Legends, The Dark, Fallen Empires, Ice Age block, Mirage Block, Tempest Block, Urza Block, Masques Block, Invasion Block, Odyssey Block, Onslaught Block, and Time Spiral Block all either take place on Dominaria or deal with events focused on Dominaria. Time Spiral was a "nostalgia" themed set, looking back on all of that history of a plane that hadn't been touched on since before the first Mirrodin Block (not counting Coldsnap, of course). When we see Dominaria again, there are a lot more interesting mechanics to reuse than Split Second.

I forget all the morph creatures but they trump split second, but I don't believe any of them destroyed creatures , worth looking into tho.
Skinthinner and Serpentine Basilisk, all the other morph creatures are situational at best for killing creatures (some give -X/-X, others are just bigger when morphed, etc.)

They only sort of trump split second. You can use them in response to Split Second, yes, but under normal circumstances, your opponent can respond to the triggered ability.
In one of MaRo's design articles, I think about two years ago, where MaRo was talking about design mistakes. Same article he pretty much confirmed that Suspend was a resounding failure as a mechanic.

Sudden Shock?
Wipe Away?
Take Possession could even arguably be removal.

Revisiting the "Time Spiral plane" would be revisiting the events of Time Spiral, which is unlikely to happen.
From the mind of Raymond Swanland: Valla, a plane made entirely out of brownish spikes.

You forgot Krosan Grip (sometimes), Molten Disaster (kicked, obviously), and in certain situations, Stonewood Invocation and Sulfur Elemental

Where did they state this?
