While browsing my binders with cards, I stumbled across one card that I somehow looked closer at. Arrow Volley Trap.
If you look closely, you can see four corpses lying on the floor, riddles with arrows. Then there's someone hiding behind a shield. Is that man still alive? It would seem to me that he is, since there's fourh dead and the text says "Four or more", so it starts at four.

[I was permabanned and all I got to show for it was .... well, nothing.]

Timbermaw Larva Read the spoiler text then look inside that thing's "Mouth" and tell me what you see... Had a discussion about this last night at Draft.
I know that Flame Wave has a tiny man surfing in the background. There was an arcana about it a while ago. Also what do you see, Altimas? I don't see anything special/unusual.
I'm not sure how well known this is and it may prove very difficult for you all to look up. This is more of a spoof than a hidden art. Take a look at a foil Embermage Goblin. It has an inclusion of a certain Goblin part that the regular version has edited out... if need be I may be able to scan if you cant find anywhere online since most use stock pictures...
Chaos Lord's Runes say "I am Really Mean" or something similar (I can't make it out in the magiccards.info image but it is much clearer on the card.
Zooming in, it appears that the characters follow a pattern that could form "I am realy mean", with a single L. I have no idea about said runic alphabet, I'm just noticing the spacing and repetition of characters. It would be easier at a higher resolution, though.

I rolled 5 D6's and got 3 fours. They must have changed the odds of getting a 4!
Back in my day, Wrath of God didn't kill Black Knight and that's the way we liked it. We also had to pay mana for our 1/1s. Kids and your Memnites. Get off my lawn!

Yes both are true, you may be interested to know that those runes appear to be those modified by J.R.R.Tolkien, for his book The Hobbit, from the old English rune system.

it may interest you to know, that the runes modified by J.R.R. Tolkien for use in the book "The Hobbit" actually date back even further than "Old English." they instead come from the Nordic Alphabet known as the Elder and Younger Futhark. In all likelyhood, the runes that appear on Magic Cards are in fact using a combination of the Futhark Runes and not the Tolkien runes. The reason for this is that the if magic cards utilized the Tolkien runes they could get in trouble legally with the Tolkien estate. However if they utilized the Futhark Runes, nothing that the Tolkien estate tried to do would be of any use as the Futhark is not and cannot be copywritten.

i believe i count 5 dead one alive.

That's not really hidden, is it?
I was more referring to cards like Scent of Brine, where the person standing on the cliff is actually Urza.
As for Arrow Volley Trap, I am fairly sure I only count 4. Look at the attachment, I circled them.
Nail a jellyfish to a club. What a quintessentially 'goblin' approach.

Although the resemblance is uncanny, I'm pretty sure that's just a spiky-haired rat

I found it in Invasion swamp, but it's #339 by ron spencer, not #163.
the dark maze of it had a man trapped inside the colon shaped things.
Lots of ron spencer's artworks have hidden name in it:
chad on F.E. thalid
mike on goblin grenade
jody on svyelunite priest
mark on dire wolves
and there's something B and A on the bottem left of ashen ghoul that I can't read.
and also pongify had torchling's hammer
