Could this whole 'leaked' Godbook be a massive hoax from WotC? Call it Phyrexian dreams or something, allowing us all to believe that Phyrexia wins, when in fact the first "true" preview will be "Karn, Enslaved", from the upcoming "Mirrodin Pure" set?

Yea, the next set is really Mirrodin Pure after all. They just wasted all of that art and all of that development time in making an amazing set to prank us all. Silly WOTC. [/blatant sarcasm]

Not a chance. The cost it would incur to them versus the benefit it would bring them is completely not worth it. Even assuming they didn't get new art for a fake set, they would still have to design two sets, with the fake one having to be just as plausible as the real one in order to pull the trick off. The amount of effort that would require would just be wasted, and would probably end up making the real set worse.
It might it might not be pointless to argues in a few days we will know for sure i think it might be i love the cards some are broken but it could possibly be real.
It could be, or maybe there are releasing BOTH NP and MP (they can explain it w/ "alternate realities" or "split planes" created by Elspeth or something).
Wizards always like to pull crazy stunts like this. See time shifted and Zendikar inserts for a history lesson. They could be up to anything, expect the unexpected.

I don't think New Phyrexia is fake, but to be fair, it IS plausible that R&D created two sets before the direction of the war was decided. They've had this block finished for over a year so I think it's possible (but severely unlikely) that WotC decided to pull a publicity stunt. I, for one, would give them a huge, proverbial high five.
Maybe this reality is actually an alternate reality of a reality in which New Phyrexia was the joke expansion and Mirrodin Pure was the obvious expansion, except our reality is the Time Shifted reality which is opposite of that other reality which is that actual reality.
I think Mirrodin Pure might be a set somewhere down the road, considering Karn's worldmaking powers and Venser's teleportation. Granted, it's all speculation. Maybe Venser and Karn will go around rescuing people from each world Phyrexia conquers and gathering together a resistance. But this is all speculation, honestly.
It's all fake. There's no new phyrexia, no mirrodin, no alara, no ravnica... even elves, atogs, kithkins, and kavus are fake. All that stuff was made-up for a card game.

... Its already too late for an April Fools joke... And F! it! Since, I don't believe in the shick of things that next set would be Mirrodin Pure.
You're asking if there's a chance? Of course, there's a chance. There's also a chance they will reprint the power 9 in M12. There is a chance. There's also a chance that United States will be invaded by Rwanda tomorrow. There is a chance.
There's always a chance. Is it probable? No, not at all. But, when dealing with humans, there's always a chance.

As previously mentioned, the costs alone would not merit the marginal benefit.
