I like your list, but a couple things:
1. It's a little too good.
2. We just got a promo Jitte with alternate art, so that one's right out.
3. Tower or Vise, not both.
I think replacing the Jitte and Ravager on your list with Candelabra of Tawnos and Icy Manipulator would make this list 2 cards closer to being fully correct. (Yes, there's a promo Icy already, but that was printed within a month of the promo Kird Ape).
New Guess. =)
1. Nevinyral's Disk
2. Masticore
3. Mox Diamond
4. Cursed Scroll
5. Null Rod
6. Aether Vial
7. Sol Ring or Mana Vault
8. Urza's Science Fair Project?
9. Crucible of Worlds
10. Voltaic Key
11. Juggernaut
12. Black Vise
13. Millstone
14. Icy Manipulator
15. New "Lights" Card
I wanted something from Antiquities and Millstone seemed like a better fit than Candelabra of Tawnos, which really only saw play in Tolarian Academy combo deck, right? (Maybe I'm mistaken) Millstone was pretty popular in control decks when it first came out.
The rest of the cards have had fairly relevant impacts on the formats when they were first introduced. I added the Science Fair Project because I read the thread and I couldn't think of anything else better lol

My apologies, children, for I am afraid I cannot save you all.

I don't recall seeing much talk of Millstone, and it's about time. An entire mechanic and archetype and named after this card, and it was Maro's favorite card from Antiquities, as I recall.
As for Candelabra, everyone is listing a bunch of really popular, tournament winning cards. While that's what you would want all 15 cards to be, it's unrealistic. Candelabra is easily likened to Thunder Dragon and Berserk: Cards that have a higher price tag because of scarcity and casual popularity but see little (Berserk) to no (Thunder Dragon) constructed play these days.
Has anyone else looked around into pre-ordering this yet?
CSI has it listed but is not taking pre-orders on it. And they have it listed for about $90. Crazy.
I'm a returning player (have been gone since Invasion), and was looking around for the other FTVs and was amazed at their secondary market value. When they were new, was it possible to find them in shops for MSRP or did everyone just jack the price up on them?

Well this doesnt come out till August 27th so I dont think you will see pre-orders yet. As for trying to find it for the MSRP of $34.99, good luck on that one. You may be lucky and find some shops that are going to sell it for that, but most places know the value of them and sell them high. Exiled went as high as $150 each. Not sure the rules wizards lays down about selling them for more than MSRP seen as my story doesnt carry the specialty sets.

MSRP = Manufacturer SUGESTED Retail Price
your store has to meet a requirement to get them I think it's 200 events per year and 300 unique players or something like that

Rules? I'm pretty sure there are no rules. The secondary market can jack the price up as much as they want. My FLGS started Exiled at $75 for people who'd preordered, and $100 for those who didn't. And they still couldn't keep it on the shelves.

Along with many mods, I've moved shop over to MTGNexus. Come check us out!
Games Plus in Mt. Prospect Illinois sold both FtV: Dragons and FtV: Exiled at MSRP and I've confirmed that they'll be selling this one at MSRP as well. Moreover, I got my reservation in on the day the set was announced. Don't know if they still have any reservations left though...

I was reserve #2 there.
BTW guys Voltaic Key is in the new duel decks(with new art) so it's right out for this set I'm guessing.

Not even close. Core organized get an allotment and advanced organized get an allotment that is exactly twice what the core organizers get. To be an advanced organizer, you need I think like 20 events, 100 unique players, 20 new players, and a tournament of at least 32 players each year. For core, you only need like 20 unique players and 5 events. For a TO, getting these is exactly the same as getting FNM cards, except that they have to be affiliated with a brick and mortar store.
I've preordered one from my LGS, but will probably ending up getting 2 or 3 at $50 CAN apiece. Looks like it's gonna be awesome.
Wait, what? $50 a pop? I didn't know Canadian money was that much less valuable than American (especially after Wall Street scooped); they're going for $20 where I live.

Retail Price is $34.99 each. So good luck getting them for below that. And $20 for what exactly? The product isnt even out yet and its unlikely you would be able to find pre-orders at $20 each since even retailers pay more than that. From the Vault products historically are difficult to find even for the MSRP of $34.99, as the secondary market usually drives the prices up to double that easily enough.
Not saying you are lieing but more likely that perhaps you misunderstood what was being talked about. If you can get the new vaults pre-ordered somehow for $20 per, get as many as you can. Youll likely be able to sell them for 4x that (or have a bunch of neat foils to use otherwise for wicked check) :).

I believe the Canadian dollar is at 96 cents to the American dollar. So the price your proposing seems sort of exaggerated.
Those of you who can pre-order... consider yourself lucky. Most places will only get 2 cases max of this product (If it's like Exiled was). Any store with any sort of real Magic traffic will likely have a line out the door with the store refusing pre-ordering.

*sigh* like my local store. No preorders, the price gets immediately jacked up to $60 at the minimum.
Why wouldn't they jack up the price? If they can get more, they're going to get it. The one store around here that even claimed he would sell FTV:Exiled at retail didn't get any. I went to another store that had 4 of them, and they wanted $110 a piece for them. Was I pissed? Yes. Did I understand? Yes. They sold all 4 by the end of the day.

As yes, I did forget to mention that part. Even so, I did only say that the list would be closer with those changes, not fully correct.
