I'm guessing graveyard return for two reasons. One, there seems to be a little bit of familiarity between the beacon's effect and the zenith's effect (Red damage to red x damage. Green creature token creation to green creature fetching). The other reason is that the guys in the image bellow look decidedly beyond their use by date. We're not seeing Nymm howling at the sun. These guys are decidedly beaten up.. very deadish. One has a hole in his head, and another is missing his internal organs completely.
As for white, I see instances of token and tokens under Mirran side. Soldiers are listed under creature types. There's a war going on. There's also plenty of life and gain in the keywords. I'm guessing a combo thing. Gain X life and put X soldiers onto the battlefield but somehow kicked up a notch. Perhaps 2/2 knights?
If blue were to somehow reference the last beacon, you'd need to gain an extra turn, and that just doesn't seem likely to me. The only other blue spell I've seen that was XUUU was return X target permanents. Seems like the crazy kind of thing they'd put out.
Well in the black sun art it looks like the creatures are ok with whats happening. It doesn't look like they are afraid of it. At least not to me... But it does seem like it has something to do with creatures.
Yeah it does seem like that is more likely. I don't expect it to be mass removal cause the creatures look too happy.
It could simply be, as suggested earlier, a return one creature with X or less CMC
I don't think it's return one creature, that'd be too close of a mirror to the green one(which is searching your library for a creature with cmc x or less and putting it itp.) Probably mass reanimation...maybe cmc x or less? Returning X creatures sounds way too good.
Yeah, blue will definitely be a type of Mind Spring, although the XUUU makes it pretty bad, though of course they can redeem themselves by making it instant.
White will undoubtedly make Soldier tokens, again a sort of lackluster effect at the XWWW cost. Conquerer's Pledge is a ton better, though admittedly the instant feature will be attractive.
Black will return X with converted mana cost X or less? That's the one I'm very puzzled with because that is way too overpowered, so it's probably something else. Maybe it's "If X is 3 or greater, exile those creatures at the end of your next end step" or something...Who knows.
I hope the white one gives all your creatures +X/+X until end of turn for XW or XWW. You know how savage that would be? And very fun to play.
That or graveyard recursion. I want more white graveyard recursion.

If so, it looks like it'll either be token production or a Glorious Charge effect.
Also, I think the blue one will be a Mind Spring that shuffles.
I don't think so, the sun is not nearly as clearly visible as on the other 2 images. It looks more like an enchantment that gives all creatures battlecry, or something thelikes.
Also on the black one necesarrily involving creatures, I wouldn't say so. By the looks of it every colour will have creatures "celebrating" the Zenith, Red has too and it has nothing to do with creatures. (Well, apart from damaging them).
On a different note, I really love the flavour of these cards. They both tie into the Beacons of Mirrodin past and a Zenith being something that happens again and again just makes so much sense.
The black Zenith should not be a drain life variant. That would make it too close to the red one. What it should be, to match the power level of the first two zeniths, is a -x/-x effect, or a new living death effect. If it were, all creatures get -x/-x, it wouldnt be overpowered at all, since it would take 8 mana to kill a titan.
Also, the red one shows you can't tell what the card does by the image.

all getting -x/-x would be very nice, just one creature would be like a terrible sickening shoal though, unless there was some sort of clause (i.e if creature hits graveyard you gain control of it)
I was frankly hoping for XWWW, gain X life and put an */* token onto the battlefield, where * is equal to your life total. Unfortunately not supported by keywords. Really, for the costs, most likely token gen and life gain. That's more white these days.
Here's hoping the black one is:
All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn. Shuffle.
Blue will most likely draw cards and white will most likely make tokens. Black and white will be the perfect display of opposite effects while red dealing with what green brings out and blue chilling like a boss behind Jace.
Target player sacrifices X creatures. If a creature sacrificed this way would be but into a graveyard, exile it instead. Shuffle this into its owner's library.
Would it be too much for the black one to be a Drain Life effect? Discard doesn't make sense because against several decks the card gets incrementally worse as the game goes on, graveyard reanimation would work, but then it's just Beacon of Unrest (although arguably Red Sun's Zenith is just Beacon of Destruction, so who knows.)

That would be SICK
Maybe if it made each player sacrifice. Otherwise this is the craziest removal spell ever and trumps pretty much any other black sweeper printed ever. Consume the Meek and Barter in Blood are far from unplayable, and this is about 1000% better than either card.
I'm actually starting to think that "All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn" might be it. It's worse than most black sweepers (Infest, Mutilate), but it's not so much worse as to not be worth playing especially in this format. Clearly "Discard X" sucks because it'd be a Zenith that you don't want to draw more than once, and any reanimate spell would either be unplayably awful (if its single target) or probably broken (if it is "Return all of CMC"). I like the suggestion of Black's being "Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn; if it dies steal it" though.

Is it sad that the first thing that popped into my head was that a reusable Sleep was coming? I mean they apparently love this effect for blue: Frost Titan, Sleep, Permafrost Trap, Lorthos, the Tidemaker...

Exile X Cards from your graveyard. Put X 2/2 Black Zombie creature tokens into play.
