I hope someone realizes you keep separate loyalty counters for each individual planeswalker.
The worst things about changelings is that you can't use them with Goblins of the Flarg.
That will do me. Brilliant. Flarg.dec will be completely hosed by the changelings. Now if your opponent could give you one - your Flargs would still be ... gone.

Sometimes "innovation" means "stealing another's secret before anyone else can."
I was only explaining how i thought the combo worked... Not meaning the real first turn, only the first turn playing the first promenade... i.e fourth/five real turn....
Too bad the spell doesnt count itself :-/... Well, still going to see some casual play...
Elemental Harbinger R
Creature- Elemental
When ~ comes into play, search your library for an elemental card, reveal it, and put it on top of your library
1/1
Nova Hunter 3R
Creature - Elemental something?
Champion an Elemental (when this creature comes into play, sacrifice it unless you RFG an Elemental. Return that creature to play if this leaves play)
Trample
10/2
So play the Harbinger. Find a Nova Hunter. Play the Nova Hunter, Championing the Harbinger. You now have a 10/2 trample. If it dies in combat or is removaled, the Harbinger comes back. This lets you find ANOTHER Nova Hunter to repeat the following turn. A stream of 10/2 tramplers for playing a 1-mana card? Sign me up!
I like this a lot. Add that smokeroller thing, and you have a ton of damage really fast. And just in case they have enough direct damage or pingers to ill off the hunters, just play Pandemonium. Too bad the only good mass-haste card is Emblem of the Warmind... Or Lovisa Coldeyes. It is a warrior...
im thinking Mangara of Corondor and thousand-year elixer. you get a hasty mangara to use his ability the turn he comes into play then while its on the stack untap it with the elixer and put another copy of the ability on the stack all the turn he comes into play. and with blink its even more fun. but also i was wondering with lorwyn being so creature type oriented maybe Conspiracy might be useful but im not sure with what yet.
Colfenor's Plans + Reality Strobe
Think about it. For a 1 time 3 mana investment plus a 4 mana investment every 3 turns, filter through the top 7 of your library repeatedly. Combine with other Boomerang-type effects just in case, and obivously a reset button, and you've got yourself the basis for a nice UB control.

The biggest problem with this is how fragile it is to counterspells. Your opponent knows ahead of time that your Strobe will be resolving next turn, so they keep their mana open and a counter ready. When your upkeep comes up, you remove the last counter from Strobe and play it, eating up your 'one spell per turn' limit. Your opponent then counters the Strobe and there is nothing you can do in response because of the Plans. You get to lay a land and say go.

Hence Bommerang-type effects just in case. If all else fails, bounce it during their turn. And, of course, if they've got a decent number of counterspells, you probably won't be TOO pressed for time anyway

This card will shape the gameplay of standard when lorwyn comes out. This plus Enduring renewal and shimmering wings along with a small cost merfolk will give you infinite turns beating your opponent with a 4/4 flyer. forget brine elemental, Wanderwine Prophet will make mono blue or blue white control a major deck for standard and block. Blue is going to be very powerful in lorwyn.
i totally agrree the prophet will definitely get some play from me

Playing a creature by paying its evoke cost will result in two comes-into-play abilities: The sacrifice ability from evoke, and whatever other ability the creature has. The creature's controller chooses in what order to put them on the stack. Both abilities can be responded to as normal.
So we can now officially think of combo's with Evoke, Saffi and Blink

Pyrohemia is the best one to use with this combo, also sulfurous blast is good.
Matyr of Ashes is pretty funny too.
