Very interesting combination of card draw and removal on a 2/3 body for 5. Extraordinary in EDH, of course, and a limited bomb. Might be too high-costed with too weak a body for Standard, though drawing 2 a turn for U is tempting.
I run rocks in a lot of my decks, so I can see this guy being somewhat playable. Seems tough though...5 mana you want to be doing big things, like dropping Thragtusk. I could see him going in UR Wizards as a 2 of.

Wowza. That's a hell of a beast to untap with. I love that they front-loaded all the costs to the casting, those activated abilities are really, really cheap. Very easy to keep him protected and doing work after the initial vulnerability.

limited bomb, it turns all your spells into instant speed removal, or draw two cards. both amazing abilities. untap with this and you should be pretty set.
It's good in EDH. Might see some fringe constructed play. It's nice because it's more than just card advantage in EDH, it influences board position well too.

This is weird in that I'm not sure if he's Standard playable or not. He's not the best in terms of defense or offense, but in the right deck he might be a game winner. Hard to say.
Expensive and does nothing the turn he comes into play.
But repeatable, cheap card draw is nothing to take lightly. Adding repeatable creature removal seems very good. Absolutely 1st pickable bomb in Limited, and might end up being constructed worthy too.

A bit small for 3UR but I suppose the abilities help make up for that.
Nice design and good symmetry. I probably would never bother to play it, myself. Limited useable obviously, but meh for constructed.
