Also black never gets proper pw love so its time they get a few options in that way. As for loony toons seriously bring it on, i would buy about a truckload of that set.
i realy dont think Griselbrand well be a planeswalker
but we need to bring bolas in this some my guess Sarkhan Vol will be in this because
before Zendikar bolas told Sarkhan to find lili and get the veil
I expect both Avacyn and Griselbrand to have gotten trapped in the Helvault, the prison made of silver. Humanity probably finds out she's there and pays a visit. Avacyn will be saying "don't be hasty with my rescue, you're going to screw this up." Humanity will be hasty and screw things up. This will be humanity's Dark Ascension, where they become worse than the monsters, some-how some-way. Maybe they'll even go so far as to inadvertently kill Avacyn.
I could imagine that if Sorin is in DA, he might be black/red. Given that there are red vampires on this plane (even a multicolored one, hi Olivia), and that red represents their lustful / furious / impulsive nature. Maybe the dark Ascension (whatever that event may be) aggravates Sorin so much, that he shows his furious Side . Speaking of "Sides", even a DFC is thinkable.
If he makes an appearance, I hope the don't give him a daft name like "Sorin the Angry" *shudder*
No, it doesn't fit the vamps of the plane.
However, it fits Sorin, IMO.
Also...why is everyone assuming Avacyn and Griselbrand (or Avacyn/Griselbrand) are planeswalkers?

I'm starting to think it's just tradition at this point.
How many times did we have to say Melira wasn't a planeswalker? Not enough!
maybe sorin makes a deal with the angel that he rules the plane but spares the humans
Maybe giant poptarts will come raining down on the plane, leaving only the humans and vampires to duke it out, but then the humans are infected with a blood disease and the plane is basically wiped clean of life.
Seriously, what we know is that she disappeared. Whether that means she left without telling anyone, including apparently her angels, or she was somehow bound by Griselbrand and the only way for him to do keep the tether is to be there personally, we don't know. Right now, the evidence is points to her being as much a planeswalker as Niv-Mizzet is.

SORIN THE THUNDERER IS DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR LINE OF PLAY. PAY TWO LIFE.
...
Hmmm, a vampire protagonist who is mono black.
Typically self centered and selfish. But action will one day save the world,
A world in a gothic setting,
A worldwide fanatical organization that, in interests of protecting itself finds itself become the very thing they try to eradicate,
And their "god" of sorts who could be the greatest evil after all....
Add a powerful sword to the mix that causes the living to endlessly bleed and the dead to be drained of blood and turned to dust...
Legacy of Kain???
Well then, all we have to do is wait for Sorin to toss his most trusted luitenant into the Helvault, and wait for some convulted time travel shenanigans and get a brand new sword in the process.

I'm thinking that, with Sarkhan fitting in storyline wise, the next DFC Planeswalker (if there is one) will be Sarkhan, who can transform into his dragon form and back, unlike Garruk, stuck in Veil-Cursed form.

Really, no one else is thinking in this way? It's a set full of Horror Movie tropes, and not many individuals seem to realize this.
Instead of making up convoluted stories, just follow a Horror Movie plot. Considering the set is called Dark Ascension, the most likely plot is that things get worse, either by the protagonists folly, or by the antagonists getting stronger. The most likely plot is that Griselbrand returns.
If this is the case, I will be disappointed, considering that Scars did the exact same thing. The protagonists were too late, **** got real, then everyone died.

Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
Also...why is everyone assuming Avacyn and Griselbrand (or Avacyn/Griselbrand) are planeswalkers?
Welcome to post-Meandering Magic Continuity. Almost everyone gets a Suspicion Counter on being a Planeswalker.

Good point. Sarkhan's dragon form makes perfect sense as a DFC. Plausible due to the storyline tie-in; Bolas wants Sarkhan to get the veil.
Im worried about Sorin. With lili showing herself to be pretty good in standard at 3cc, I'm pretty sure that rules him out as a mono black 4cc walker. I hope he is still 6 or 7 but has amazingly good effects. Mono black of course. He definitely won't be DFC, that I'm sure of.
It's a shame beacause I really wanted Sorin to be better than Lili, but unless DKA brings us some awesome cards, Lili will be black's walker of choice.
Sorin BB4
+2: Sorin Markov deals to target creature equal to the number of loyalty counters on him.
-X Draw X cards and lose X life.
-8: Target opponent loses 13 life and you gain 13 life.
Starting Loyalty:5
Removal, Draw and wincon. I would play that and love it. Plus it fits his sangromancer flavor.
