There are 3 instances of "Depths" in the Orb. This is consistent with Celestial Colonnade, as it mentions itself 3 times. I can't be sure, but evidence points to it being a UB manland.

"I don't know why people say a double-edged sword is bad. It's a sword. With two edges." - Kamahl, Pit Fighter
In A World Enraged they mention "sinister ruins" appearing all over Zendikar and how they are some how related to the recent strange events occurring on the plane. My guess is that this land is one of those ruins. Halimar is described as being an incredibly deep inland sea, created by the building of a large sea wall. No one alive knows who built the sea wall only that it's been there for eons, with a diverse ecosystem evolving in it's depths. It would make sense that one of the "sinister ruins" would appear in Halimar's Depths. I would put money on it not being one of the new man lands. Instead I'd bet it's another land with some awesome, "sinister" ability. Since it's clearly blue, my bet is that it's a land that lets you gain control of creatures probably like Veldekan Shackles, something like this....

Jacerator is an aggro deck - it just wins by attacking the library, it doesn't really control the board other than to play a few Fogs
I agree, it looks more Simic-ish(UG) in a sense. But I could definitely see it as just U.
To the guy with the Shackles land, that thing is busted beyond belief. Free, uncounterable control magic effect? Roflmao, dude. Maybe if it was something like...
Halimar Depths
Legendary Land
~ enters the battlefield tapped. You may choose not to untap ~ during your untap step. Whenever ~ becomes untapped, you lose 4 life.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may discard a card from your hand. If you don't, sacrifice ~.
:symtap:: add U mana to your mana pool
1UU,:symtap:: Gain control of target creature with power less than or equal to half the number of islands you control(rounded down) as long as ~ remains tapped.
(On a somewhat related note I live in an apartment with very thin walls and the internet meme "Surprise buttsecks!!" isn't just on the internet anymore. Man that girl sounded pissed off.)

I reckon it's easy for a special "Spell-like" land to reference itself more than once whether it's a man-land or not. Just putting it out there. Like I said, I have no clue and am unconvinced either way.
I would agree if they were "spell-like" abilities if the shown manland was GR. but i doubt they would only make a UW manland.

Are they paying the artists more or something? Magic's art just keeps getting better...
Not to be too corny.. but Magic's old art had less DePtH than this type of work. There seems to be more dimension in the artwork now in general. And it's awesome.
The product information page says that Worldwake has a sub-theme of animated lands. So I am sure there is a cycle of dual man-lands (orb seems to confirm, see mana costs), and probably auras for lands like has been shown already.
By way, looking at the art carefully shows the thing in the monument looks more like a demon. Has distinct humanoid arms and horns.

Could also be apart of another quest cycle, Rare quests refrence themselves 2x plus the name also fit the 3 instances of depths.
Elderazi alert!!!
with world wake the name of the set, it only makes sence that it creates either a token, or wakes up and tramples over stuff. I would hope for something that leads us into rise of the elderazi like this.
Halimar Depths
Ledendary land
Halimar Depths enters the battlefield tapped with 10 counters on it
2UB, remove a counter from Halimar Depths.
When Halimar depths has no counters on, sacrafice it and all lands you control. Put a Legendary 20/20 indestructable token with flying into play named Marit Lage, Awakened.
Except the only instance of 10 is used, no 20/20, and I doubt Hexmage get a new friend in T2. But something like this is possible. Not removing counters but putting on it, and not 20/20 but 13/13... It would be nice with shroud and indestructible.
Except the 13/13 has been hinted at by MaRo as a one-drop.
this has gotta be the U/B manland, and references itself twice in the text (there are 5 hits for halimar, meaning probably 1 more creature with halimar in its name with an ability that references itself, like "Halimar Merfolk").
So heres my derivation:
Halimar Depths
Land
Halimar Depths enters the battlefield tapped T: Add U or B to your mana pool 1UB: Halimar Depths becomes a 1/1 blue and black elemental creature with deathtouch and flying until end of turn
and, (from the other thread where someone pointed out how this explains a lot):
Halimar Merfolk: U
Creature - Merfolk
When Halimar Merfolk enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a Leviathan, Octopus or Serpent creature card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If you do, shuffle your library.
1/1
That would account for 5/5 instances of "Halimar", as well as 3/3 for depths, 1/1 for 1UB, for the deathtouch, flying, serpent, octopus and leviathan and a host of other things

Can anyone determine how many hedrons are in the circle? Maybe it is Eldrazi air-traffic control!

That would actually be awesome. It would make Lullmage Mentor.dec work well.

That aside, it does account for why Lorthos being an Octopus was a big deal. At least big enough to be mentioned by maro.
kudos to Elysium for the sweet banner
edit: do you think they would put the quest mechanic on a land? i dont expect it, but it would be crazy cool.
